本发明公开了一种大力矩无级变速传动链,包括外链节和内链节,内链节两端开有两个孔,外链节包括两块外链板,每块外链板的内侧设有半截中空的链轴,相对两块外链板的链轴对称装入内链节两端的孔中后对接并通过铆钉铆合,外链板的外侧表面为内锥面。本发明的传动链链条与锥面轮接触面积大且接触面重合性好,传递功率大,传动力矩大上,能用于大型车和风力发电机组的传动,值得推广。

技术领域
本发明属于机械工程技术领域,具体涉及一种大力矩无级变速传动链。
背景技术
在现有技术中,无级变速传动链的传动效率很高,但是现有传动链只有链的轴两端能与轮面相接触。由于接触面积很小,传递力矩很小,只能用于小型汽车,对大功率的风力发电望尘莫及。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种使链与锥轮接触面积大、传动力矩大,传递功率大的大力矩无级变速传动链。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种大力矩无级变速传动链,其特殊之处在于:包括外链节和内链节,所述外链节包括两块外链板,每块外链板的内侧设有半截中空的链轴,由铆钉穿过两个半截中空的链轴将两片外链板对接铆合而一个外链节,內链节的两端设有与链轴转动配合的孔,两片外链板的半截链轴分别从內链节两侧装入孔內,铆合后完成整体的一根链条;所述外链板的外侧表面为内锥面。
本发明的大力矩无级变速传动链,所述外链节两侧设有锥面轮,外链板外侧表面的内锥面参数与相匹配的锥面轮平均半径处参数相同,即平均半径处的曲率相同,当链条在平均半径工作时,外链板表面与锥面轮表面贴合,接触面积最大,传动摩擦力矩最大,当链条在锥面轮小端工作时,锥面轮工作处曲率半径变小,外链板的曲半径大于锥面轮工作处的曲率半径,在两锥面轮母线上产生线接触,外链板设计有适当弹性,在两边锥面轮的施压下产生微小变形,形成在压力下的弹性接触区,产生强的摩擦力。当链条在锥面轮大端工作时外链板外侧表面曲率半径小于锥面轮工作处的曲率半径,外链板两端与锥面轮表面接触,这是非共扼的边缘接触,由于半径很大,也是弹性接触区,从外链板两端开始受到锥面轮压力后,微小变形后向中间延伸连成一体,在传动中的大直径传动的包角也很大,工作链节在传动中打滑现象不发生在大端。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的链条与锥面轮接触面积大且接触面重合性好,外链板的外侧与链轴端面面积比是5:1,本发明的传动链传递功率大,传动力矩比现有技术无级变速器传动链大5倍以上,能用于大型车和风力发电机组的传动。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
附图是本发明的一种具体实施方式。该实施例包括外链节和内链节2,所述内链节2两端开有两个孔,所述外链节包括两块外链板1,每块外链板1的内侧设有半截中空的链轴6,相对两块外链板1的链轴6对称装入内链节2两端的孔中后对接并通过铆钉3铆合,形成一根整体的链条,孔与链轴6是动配合;所述外链板1的外侧表面为内锥面,外链板1外侧表面的内锥面参数与锥面轮平均半径处参数相同。
本实施例的链条当工作速比是一对时,在锥面轮的平均半径处工作,外链板1的外侧表面和固定锥面轮4和移动锥面轮5的锥面贴合,产生大的摩擦力矩。当链条的工作速比不等于1时,链条在两对锥面轮位置正好相反,链条一头在锥面轮的小端工作,另一头在大端工作时,在小端工作的链条,包角比较小,外链板1外表面的曲率半径比固定锥面轮4和移动锥面轮5的曲率半径大,在两锥面轮母线上产生共轭线接触,产生弹性接触区,产生很大的摩擦力,链条的另一端在锥面轮的大端工作,包角比较大,固定锥面轮4和移动锥面轮5的外锥曲率半径大于外链板1的内锥面曲率半径,产生非共轭接触,在外链板1两端产生线接触,受压力以后产生微变形,形成两端边缘接触区,能承受较大的压力,产生摩擦力矩,本发明提高力矩的因素有二个:一是与锥面轮接触增大,外链板1的外侧与链轴6端面面积比是5:1;二是接触面重合性好,本发明是锥面轮对锥面,而现有技术理想状态是平面对锥面,所以压力可加大。因此本发明的力矩比现有技术无级变速器传动链大5倍以上,能用于大型车和风力发电机组的传动,传动效率极高。

1.一种大力矩无级变速传动链,其特征在于:包括外链节和内链节(2),所述内链节(2)两端开有两个孔,所述外链节包括两块外链板(1),每块外链板(1)的内侧设有半截中空的链轴(6),相对两块外链板(1)的链轴(6)对称装入内链节(2)两端的孔中后对接并通过铆钉(3)铆合;所述外链板(1)的外侧表面为内锥面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大力矩无级变速传动链,其特征在于:所述外链节两侧设有锥面轮,外链板(1)外侧表面的内锥面参数与锥面轮平均半径处参数相同。
