本实用新型涉及适用于水轮机主轴和发电机主轴同镗加工的连接结构，应用于水轮机轴和发电机轴之间的同轴连接。
背景技术
在水轮机发电机组设备中水轮机轴与发电机轴是不同机构中的两根轴，为了保证机组轴线能够在同一轴线上，常要求水轮机轴与发电机轴应进行同镗加工。现行两轴之间的连接结构是：两轴连接端各带法兰；两法兰之间夹着飞轮，用精配联轴栓及其止动垫圈和螺母将三者固定在一起。
这种连接结构的缺点是水轮机轴和发电机轴工件毛坯重量大，同镗加工时操作不方便；当水轮机轴与发电机轴分别由不同厂家生产时，同镗加工还需运输到对方并使用对方的设备加工，这给装配厂家带来生产不便及运输成本问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种装配厂家同镗加工方便的适用于水轮机主轴和发电机主轴同镗加工的连接结构。
本实用新型的目的可以通过下述技术方案来达到：适用于水轮机主轴和发电机主轴同镗加工的连接结构，包括水轮机主轴、飞轮、发电机主轴，其特征是水轮机主轴与水轮机主轴端联轴器过盈配合、键II连接；发电机主轴与发电机主轴端联轴器过盈配合、键I连接；水轮机主轴端联轴器、飞轮、发电机主轴端联轴器三者依序使用联轴螺栓、螺母，以及带止动垫圈的精配联轴螺栓连接为一体。
本实用新型具有如下优点：水轮机主轴或发电机主轴棒体不参与同镗加工工艺，这样不仅可以节约主轴毛坯材料、减少机械加工工时，还降低了制作成本，免去了水轮机主轴与发电机主轴若有不同厂家生产时需运输到对方加工因此带来的生产不便及运输成本。

本实用新型下面结合附图作进一步的说明。适用于水轮机主轴和发电机主轴同镗加工的连接结构，包括水轮机主轴（15）、飞轮（1）、发电机主轴（7）。水轮机主轴（15）与水轮机主轴端联轴器（17）过盈配合、键II（14）连接；发电机主轴（7）与发电机主轴端联轴器（5）过盈配合、键I（9）连接。键I（9），键II（14）用于传递扭矩。水轮机主轴端联轴器（17）、飞轮（1）、发电机主轴端联轴器（5）三者依序使用联轴螺栓（3）、螺母（19），以及带止动垫圈（13）的精配联轴螺栓（11）连接为一体。本实用新型将原水轮机主轴或发电机主轴分解成主轴棒体与联轴器两部分，同镗加工时只要将两联轴器与飞轮进行同镗。由于主轴棒体不参与同镗加工，这样就不仅节约主轴毛坯材料、减少机械加工工时，还降低了制作成本，并完美解决了两主轴因不同厂家生产而在同镗加工时输送至对方厂家加工的不便等问题。
