其中,所述的防腐剂为:白藜芦醇、羟苯丙酯、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮按质量比1:2:1配制而成的;所述的缓冲液为硝基磷酸盐缓冲液、柠檬酸盐缓冲液、氨基酸缓冲液中的任意一种;缓冲液能有效的防止溶液的pH变化;所述的表面活性剂为:N-酰基谷氨酸、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚单硬脂酸酯和聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种或几种;表面活性剂主要有乳化作用、润湿作用、增溶作用、分散作用,能有效提高消毒速率;所述的高分子成膜剂:N-乙烯基丁内酰胺均聚物、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、水性聚氨酯乳液中的一种或几种。
该供应室通用消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述量的聚六亚甲基胍、烷基四甲基胍双子、海藻糖、醋酸洗必泰、茶皂素混合均匀,然后加入相对于混合物20倍量的无菌水置于搅拌机中搅拌,直至全部溶解混合均匀,形成溶液A,待用;
(2)将所述量的缓冲液加入到剩余量的无菌水中混合均匀,然后将所述量的抗菌肽、大蒜素、甲氧苄氨嘧啶、磺胺醋酰钠、薄荷油、甘油加入其中,用超声分散仪分散,得溶液B;
(3)将溶液A和溶液B混合,然后加入防腐剂、表面活性剂、高分子成膜剂在200rpm下搅拌30min形成均一的混合溶液,继续用超声分散仪分散,然后通过微孔滤膜过滤,微孔滤膜的孔径为0.30μm,即得所述的供应室通用消毒液。
实施例2:本实施例制备一种供应室通用消毒液,其成分组成为:聚六亚甲基胍0.55%、醋酸洗必泰0.4%、茶皂素1.5%、抗菌肽2%、大蒜素0.4%、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.07%、磺胺醋酰钠0.3%、薄荷油0.2%、甘油4%、烷基四甲基胍双子0.075%、海藻糖0.5%、防腐剂0.055%、缓冲液0.2%、表面活性剂0.06%、高分子成膜剂0.3%、余量为无菌水。
其中,所述的抗菌肽包括蜂毒肽、蝇抗菌肽和天蚕素;其中,蜂毒肽18%、蝇抗菌肽59%、天蚕素23%;抗菌肽具有抗炎、降压、镇痛、抑制血小板凝集、抗辐射、抗菌、抗HIV、抗风湿性关节炎及抗瘤肿等多种药理活性,具有广谱抗菌活性,对细菌有很强的杀伤作用,尤其是其对某些耐药性病原菌的杀灭作用。

(2)将所述量的缓冲液加入到剩余量的无菌水中混合均匀,然后将所述量的抗菌肽、大蒜素、甲氧苄氨嘧啶、磺胺醋酰钠、薄荷油、甘油加入其中,用超声分散仪分散,得溶液B;
(3)将溶液A和溶液B混合,然后加入防腐剂、表面活性剂、高分子成膜剂在300rpm下搅拌45min形成均一的混合溶液,继续用超声分散仪分散,然后通过微孔滤膜过滤,微孔滤膜的孔径为0.30μm,即得所述的供应室通用消毒液。
实施例3:本实施例制备一种供应室通用消毒液,其成分组成为:聚六亚甲基胍1%、醋酸洗必泰0.6%、茶皂素2%、抗菌肽3%、大蒜素0.6%、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.08%、磺胺醋酰钠0.4%、薄荷油0.3%、甘油5%、烷基四甲基胍双子0.1%、海藻糖0.7%、防腐剂0.1%、缓冲液0.3%、表面活性剂0.07%、高分子成膜剂0.5%、余量为无菌水。
其中,所述的抗菌肽包括蜂毒肽、蝇抗菌肽和天蚕素;其中,蜂毒肽18%、蝇抗菌肽59%、天蚕素23%;抗菌肽具有抗炎、降压、镇痛、抑制血小板凝集、抗辐射、抗菌、抗HIV、抗风湿性关节炎及抗瘤肿等多种药理活性,具有广谱抗菌活性,对细菌有很强的杀伤作用,尤其是其对某些耐药性病原菌的杀灭作用。

其中,所述的防腐剂为:白藜芦醇、羟苯丙酯、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮按质量比1:2:1配制而成的;所述的缓冲液为硝基磷酸盐缓冲液、柠檬酸盐缓冲液、氨基酸缓冲液中的任意一种;缓冲液能有效的防止溶液的pH变化;所述的表面活性剂为:N-酰基谷氨酸、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚单硬脂酸酯和聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种或几种;表面活性剂主要有乳化作用、润湿作用、增溶作用、分散作用,能有效提高消毒速率;所述的高分子成膜剂:N-乙烯基丁内酰胺均聚物、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、水性聚氨酯乳液中的一种或几种。
该供应室通用消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述量的聚六亚甲基胍、烷基四甲基胍双子、海藻糖、醋酸洗必泰、茶皂素混合均匀,然后加入相对于混合物30倍量的无菌水置于搅拌机中搅拌,直至全部溶解混合均匀,形成溶液A,待用;
(2)将所述量的缓冲液加入到剩余量的无菌水中混合均匀,然后将所述量的抗菌肽、大蒜素、甲氧苄氨嘧啶、磺胺醋酰钠、薄荷油、甘油加入其中,用超声分散仪分散,得溶液B;
(3)将溶液A和溶液B混合,然后加入防腐剂、表面活性剂、高分子成膜剂在400rpm下搅拌60min形成均一的混合溶液,继续用超声分散仪分散,然后通过微孔滤膜过滤,微孔滤膜的孔径为0.30μm,即得所述的供应室通用消毒液。
试验验证
1.试验对象:取100只在相同环境中成长的健康小鼠,平均分为两组,每组50只,分别记为试验组和对照组。
2.试验方法:选取小鼠相同的一块皮肤,试验组用本发明实施例2的消毒液擦拭,对照组用和实验组等量的供应室普通消毒液进行擦拭;测试杀菌率及对皮肤的刺激。
3.试验结果:擦拭30秒以后,实验组杀菌率达到99.9%;对照组杀菌率仅达到98%,两组均无过敏现象;擦拭五个小时以后,实验组杀菌率达到96%;对照组杀菌率仅达到72%;对照组无任何受刺激现象出现,擦拭消毒液的皮肤和其他地方一样;使用普通消毒液擦拭皮肤的小鼠中,其中有5只小鼠皮肤出现泛红现象,9只小鼠有挠擦拭区皮肤的现象。
4.结论:本发明所述的消毒液具有较强的杀菌消毒能力,并且具有较强的防护能力,而且对皮肤无刺激性、无副作用、药力持续时间长、杀菌消毒范围广,对多种细菌、真菌以及病毒有杀灭或抑制作用;此外,长期使用还能有效地保护皮肤,恢复皮肤弹性。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种供应室通用消毒液,其特征在于,所述的供应室通用消毒液的成分组成为:聚六亚甲基胍0.1~1%、醋酸洗必泰0.2~0.6%、茶皂素1~2%、抗菌肽1~3%、大蒜素0.2~0.6%、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.06~0.08%、磺胺醋酰钠0.2~0.4%、薄荷油0.1~0.3%、甘油3~5%、烷基四甲基胍双子0.05~0.1%、海藻糖0.3~0.7%、防腐剂0.01~0.1%、缓冲液0.1~0.3%、表面活性剂0.05~0.07%、高分子成膜剂0.1~0.5%、余量为无菌水;所述的抗菌肽包括蜂毒肽、蝇抗菌肽和天蚕素;所述的大蒜素是大蒜中的蒜氨酸在蒜酶的作用下制备的:即取新鲜的大蒜,捣碎后加入相对于大蒜4~5倍重量的质量浓度为95%的乙醇,加入相对于大蒜0.1~0.2倍重量的蒜酶,然后在50~60℃下静置酶解2~3h,过滤得滤液,然后将滤液置于旋转蒸发仪中,在0.01MPa、30~40℃减压浓缩至滤液的一半,然后向浓缩液中加pH调节剂调节p H至5~6,在0.4MPa、30~40℃将浓缩液过3500μ的超滤膜超滤,将超滤液用截留分子量在200~1000μ,孔径为2~10纳米之间的纳滤膜纳滤,收集纳滤液,然后将那滤液浓缩干燥得所述的大蒜素;所述的防腐剂为:白藜芦醇、羟苯丙酯、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮按质量比1:2:1配制而成的;所述的缓冲液为硝基磷酸盐缓冲液、柠檬酸盐缓冲液、氨基酸缓冲液中的任意一种;所述的表面活性剂为:N-酰基谷氨酸、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠、失水山梨醇、聚氧乙烯醚单硬脂酸酯和聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种或几种;所述的高分子成膜剂为 :N-乙烯基丁内酰胺均聚物、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、水性聚氨酯乳液中的一种或几种;
所述的一种供应室通用消毒液,制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将所述量的聚六亚甲基胍、烷基四甲基胍双子、海藻糖、醋酸洗必泰、茶皂素混合均匀,然后加入相对于混合物20~30倍量的无菌水置于搅拌机中搅拌,直至全部溶解混合均匀,形成溶液A,待用;(2)将所述量的缓冲液加入到剩余量的无菌水中混合均匀,然后将所述量的抗菌肽、大蒜素、甲氧苄氨嘧啶、磺胺醋酰钠、薄荷油、甘油加入其中,用超声分散仪分散,得溶液B;(3)将溶液A和溶液B混合,然后加入防腐剂、表面活性剂、高分子成膜剂在200~400rpm下搅拌30~60min形成均一的混合溶液,继续用超声分散仪分散,然后通过微孔滤膜过滤,微孔滤膜的孔径为0.30μm,即得所述的供应室通用消毒液。
2.一种供应室通用消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:

所述供应室通用消毒液制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将所述量的聚六亚甲基胍、烷基四甲基胍双子、海藻糖、醋酸洗必泰、茶皂素混合均匀,然后加入相对于混合物20~30倍量的无菌水置于搅拌机中搅拌,直至全部溶解混合均匀,形成溶液A,待用;(2)将所述量的缓冲液加入到剩余量的无菌水中混合均匀,然后将所述量的抗菌肽、大蒜素、甲氧苄氨嘧啶、磺胺醋酰钠、薄荷油、甘油加入其中,用超声分散仪分散,得溶液B;(3)将溶液A和溶液B混合,然后加入防腐剂、表面活性剂、高分子成膜剂在200~400rpm下搅拌30~60min形成均一的混合溶液,继续用超声分散仪分散,然后通过微孔滤膜过滤,微孔滤膜的孔径为0.30μm,即得所述的供应室通用消毒液。
