Abstract
本发明公开了一种杀菌消毒液,由如下重量份的原料制成:原液酒100份、大蒜粉5‑15份、大黄粉4‑10份、抗菌肽4‑8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)4‑10份、氨基酸2‑4份、海藻酸钠2‑6份、保湿剂10‑20份。本发明制备的杀菌消毒液不含有毒的化学品,可进行面部消毒、鼻孔口腔消毒、表面消毒等;本发明配方中添加了保湿剂,在进行面部消毒时,避免原料酒中的酒精蒸发后面部发干,可保持面部的湿润;本发明杀菌消毒液中含有L‑半胱氨酸,增强了其杀菌消毒的作用,杀菌消毒液中含有谷氨酰胺或者丝氨酸,在杀菌消毒的过程中,人体可以吸收,增强人体的免疫力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医药技术领域,具体涉及一种杀菌消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对大自然的过度开发,引起了很多新型的病毒及细菌导致的疾病,比如作为野生动物地方病的埃博拉出血热、西尼罗河热、拉沙热、斑疹热、尼帕病毒脑炎、新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎等。从此,能够跨越物种壁垒的感染途径和原因探明都无进展的未知感染症(新感染症)必然将会不断地出现。现在在我国出现的新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎,就存在人与人之间的传染感染的问题,在极短的时间内导致我国大量的感染者。
目前针对病原体的危害,比较有效的措施就是对病原体进行彻底的杀菌消毒。市场消毒液种类繁多,大多都是化学制剂,如最常用的过氧乙酸、甲醛、新洁尔灭、百毒杀等。化学消毒剂因其品种多见效快、使用方便、价格低廉等特点而在消毒市场中占据主导地位。然而,因人为对化学消毒的不合理使用和本身固有的缺点,致使化学消毒剂在使用中产生了许多问题,例如环境污染、金属腐蚀、人畜中毒、残留等问题。长期应用某一化学物容易引起细菌的耐药性,由于本身具有刺激性及腐蚀性,会有毒副作用,更重要的是缺乏真正的绿色环保安全性。而且化学消毒剂均为化工产品,生产占用的场地大,生产工艺复杂,能耗高,投资高。现有的消毒剂,比如专利CN200710177477和CN201510031329公开的消毒液有消毒作用,但是对使用表面有残留。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供了一种杀菌消毒液及其制备方法解决上述问题。该杀菌消毒液基本以植物基原料制备而成,具有很好的杀菌消毒作用,而且使用后,表面无化学品的残留,不会损伤皮肤,具有提高免疫力的作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种杀菌消毒液,由如下重量份的原料制成:
原液酒100份、大蒜粉5-15份、大黄粉4-10份、抗菌肽4-8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)4-10份、氨基酸2-4份、海藻酸钠2-6份、保湿剂10-20份。
进一步优化地,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的平均分子量为40000-1300000道尔顿。
进一步优化地,所述氨基酸为L-半胱氨酸和谷氨酰胺、L-半胱氨酸和丝氨酸组合中的一种。
进一步优化地,所述保湿剂为甘油、甘油三油酸酯、二油酸甘油酯、甘油单油酸酯、甘油辛酸酯、甘油癸酸酯、聚甘油-2-癸酸酯中的至少一种。
进一步优化地,所述原液酒的酒精度数为50-60°。
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的使用可以使杀菌消毒液的体系处于均相状态,显著增强了体系的稳定性。不添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮时,消毒液存放12h后就会出现悬浮物和沉淀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种杀菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入原液酒,搅拌,依次加入大蒜粉、大黄粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;
(2)开启负压装置至0.07-0.08MPa,加热至回流,回流30-60mim;
(3)泄压至常压,降温至20-30℃,依次加入抗菌肽、氨基酸、海藻酸钠、保湿剂,搅拌30-60mim即得杀菌消毒液。
进一步优化地,杀菌消毒液由如下重量份的原料制成:
原液酒(酒精度数为50°)100份、大蒜粉5份、大黄粉7份、抗菌肽6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(平均分子量为40000道尔顿)10份、氨基酸(L-半胱氨酸2份和谷氨酰胺1份)、海藻酸钠2份、保湿剂(甘油10份、甘油三油酸酯10份);
所述杀菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述杀菌消毒液原料组份的质量份数称取原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入原液酒,搅拌,依次加入大蒜粉、大黄粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;
(3)开启负压装置至0.07-0.08MPa,加热至回流,回流30mim;
(4)泄压至常压,降温至20℃,依次加入抗菌肽、氨基酸、海藻酸钠、保湿剂,搅拌60mim即得杀菌消毒液。
所述的杀菌消毒液用于面部消毒、鼻孔消毒、口腔消毒、表面消毒的用途。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明的有益效果包括:
(1)本发明制备的杀菌消毒液不含有毒的化学品,可进行面部消毒、鼻孔消毒、口腔消毒、表面消毒等;
(2)本发明中使用海藻酸钠,海藻酸钠具有成膜、浓缩的作用,在进行物体及人面部消毒时,可在表面形成一张保护膜,增加表面杀菌消毒时的持久性;
(3)本发明配方中添加了保湿剂,在进行面部消毒时,避免原料酒中的酒精蒸发后面部发干,可保持面部的湿润;
(4)本发明杀菌消毒液中含有L-半胱氨酸,增强了其杀菌消毒的作用,杀菌消毒液中含有谷氨酰胺或者丝氨酸,在杀菌消毒的过程中,人体可以吸收,增强人体的免疫力;
(5)生产工艺简单,投资较少。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例作进一步说明,但本发明不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种杀菌消毒液,由如下重量份的原料制成:
原液酒(酒精度数为50°)100份、大蒜粉5份、大黄粉7份、抗菌肽6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(平均分子量为40000道尔顿)10份、氨基酸(L-半胱氨酸2份和谷氨酰胺1份)、海藻酸钠2份、保湿剂(甘油10份、甘油三油酸酯10份)。
上述杀菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按杀菌消毒液原料组份的质量份数称取原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入原液酒,搅拌,依次加入大蒜粉、大黄粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;
(3)开启负压装置至0.07-0.08MPa,加热至回流,回流30mim;
(4)泄压至常压,降温至20℃,依次加入抗菌肽、氨基酸、海藻酸钠、保湿剂,搅拌60mim即得杀菌消毒液。
实施例2
一种杀菌消毒液,由如下重量份的原料制成:
原液酒(酒精度数为55°)100份、大蒜粉10份、大黄粉4份、抗菌肽8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(平均分子量为1300000道尔顿)4份、氨基酸(L-半胱氨酸2份和谷氨酰胺2份)、海藻酸钠4份、保湿剂(甘油单油酸酯)15份。
上述杀菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按杀菌消毒液原料组份的质量份数称取原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入原液酒,搅拌,依次加入大蒜粉、大黄粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;
(3)开启负压装置至0.07-0.08MPa,加热至回流,回流45mim;
(4)泄压至常压,降温至25℃,依次加入抗菌肽、氨基酸、海藻酸钠、保湿剂,搅拌45mim即得杀菌消毒液。
实施例3
一种杀菌消毒液,由如下重量份的原料制成:
原液酒(酒精度数为60°)100份、大蒜粉15份、大黄粉10份、抗菌肽4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(平均分子量为360000道尔顿)6份、氨基酸(L-半胱氨酸1份和丝氨酸2份)、海藻酸钠6份、保湿剂(甘油辛酸酯)10份。
上述杀菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按杀菌消毒液原料组份的质量份数称取原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入原液酒,搅拌,依次加入大蒜粉、大黄粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;
(3)开启负压装置至0.07-0.08MPa,加热至回流,回流60mim;
(4)泄压至常压,降温至30℃,依次加入抗菌肽、氨基酸、海藻酸钠、保湿剂,搅拌30mim即得杀菌消毒液。
对比例
一种杀菌消毒液,由如下重量份的原料制成:
原液酒(酒精度数为55°)100份、大蒜粉10份、大黄粉4份、抗菌肽8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(平均分子量为1300000道尔顿)4份、氨基酸(L-半胱氨酸2份和谷氨酰胺2份)、保湿剂(甘油单油酸酯)15份。
上述杀菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按杀菌消毒液原料组份的质量份数称取原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入原液酒,搅拌,依次加入大蒜粉、大黄粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;
(3)开启负压装置至0.07-0.08MPa,加热至回流,回流45mim;
(4)泄压至常压,降温至25℃,依次加入抗菌肽、氨基酸、保湿剂,搅拌45mim即得杀菌消毒液。
试验验证
1、试验对象:取125只在相同环境中成长的健康小鼠,均分为五组,每组25只,用于实施例组、对比例组及对照组消毒剂使用性能的测试。
2.试验方法:选取小鼠相同部位的一块皮肤,
实施例组分三组(实施例组1、实施例组2、实施例组3),分别使用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的方法制备的消毒剂进行小鼠皮肤的擦拭;
对比例组使用对比例的方法制备的消毒剂进行小鼠皮肤的擦拭;
对照组使用CN201510031329公开的方法制备的消毒剂进行小鼠皮肤的擦拭;
测试实施例组、对比例组、对照组杀菌率及对皮肤的刺激。
3.试验结果:试验结果如表1所示。
从表1可以看出,实施例组1、实施例组2、实施例组3的小鼠擦拭杀菌消毒液1分钟、5小时后皮肤均未出现泛红现象,擦拭消毒液的皮肤和其他部位表观现象一样;对比例组使用的消毒剂原料中未添加海藻酸钠,擦拭1分钟后皮肤现象与实施例组相同,但是5小时后,擦拭消毒液的皮肤部位皮肤干涩,说明长期使用本发明的方法制备的杀菌消毒液能有效地保护皮肤。
实施例组1、实施例组2、实施例组3擦拭1分钟后杀菌率均在99%以上,擦拭5小时后,杀菌率下降比较低,均在97%以上。未添加海藻酸钠的消毒液擦拭5小时后,杀菌率下降大一些,擦拭消毒液的皮肤部位皮肤干涩,说明海藻酸钠有利于消毒液在表面形成保护膜,延长杀菌消毒的持久性。对照组擦拭5小时后,杀菌率下降较大,说明消毒液杀菌消毒的持久性较差;4只小鼠皮肤出现泛红现象,5只小鼠出现抓挠擦拭部位的现象,擦拭部位皮肤干涩,说明该消毒液对小鼠出现了过敏的现象。

以上所述,仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限定本发明;但对于本领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,可利用以上所揭示的技术内容而作出的些许更动、修饰与演变的等同变化,均为本发明的等效实施例;同时,凡依据本发明的实质技术对以上实施例所作的任何等同变化的更动、修饰与演变等,均仍属于本发明的技术方案的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种杀菌消毒液,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料制成:
原液酒100份、大蒜粉5-15份、大黄粉4-10份、抗菌肽4-8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)4-10份、氨基酸2-4份、海藻酸钠2-6份、保湿剂10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒液,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的平均分子量为40000-1300000道尔顿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒液,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为L-半胱氨酸和谷氨酰胺、L-半胱氨酸和丝氨酸组合中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒液,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、甘油三油酸酯、二油酸甘油酯、甘油单油酸酯、甘油辛酸酯、甘油癸酸酯、聚甘油-2-癸酸酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒液,其特征在于,所述原液酒的酒精度数为50-60°。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的杀菌消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入原液酒,搅拌,依次加入大蒜粉、大黄粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;
(2)开启负压装置至0.07-0.08MPa,加热至回流,回流30-60mim;
(3)泄压至常压,降温至20-30℃,依次加入抗菌肽、氨基酸、海藻酸钠、保湿剂,搅拌30-60mim即得杀菌消毒液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒液,其特征在于,所述杀菌消毒液由如下重量份的原料制成:
原液酒(酒精度数为50°)100份、大蒜粉5份、大黄粉7份、抗菌肽6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(平均分子量为40000道尔顿)10份、氨基酸(L-半胱氨酸2份和谷氨酰胺1份)、海藻酸钠2份、保湿剂(甘油10份、甘油三油酸酯10份);
所述杀菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述杀菌消毒液原料组份的质量份数称取原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入原液酒,搅拌,依次加入大蒜粉、大黄粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;
(3)开启负压装置至0.07-0.08MPa,加热至回流,回流30mim;
(4)泄压至常压,降温至20℃,依次加入抗菌肽、氨基酸、海藻酸钠、保湿剂,搅拌60mim即得杀菌消毒液。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的杀菌消毒液用于面部消毒、鼻孔消毒、口腔消毒、表面消毒的用途。
