本发明涉及防锈剂,尤其涉及一种金属除锈防锈剂。
背景技术
目前,国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理,现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈,这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用,但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种金属除锈防锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种金属除锈防锈剂,包括磷酸300-600份,乙酸80-200份,磷酸铁100-300份,丙二醇1-18份,碳酸钾10-30份,环氧乙烷20-60份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂制作工艺简单,加工成本低,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括磷酸300份,乙酸80份,磷酸铁100份,丙二醇1份,碳酸钾10份,环氧乙烷20份。
实施例2:包括磷酸400份,乙酸110份,磷酸铁210份,丙二醇5份,碳酸钾20份,环氧乙烷30份。
实施例3:包括磷酸600份,乙酸200份,磷酸铁300份,丙二醇18份,碳酸钾30份,环氧乙烷60份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述,本发明的除锈剂制作工艺简单,加工成本低,使用寿命长。
