技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂，尤其涉及一种环保的金属表面防锈剂。
背景技术
目前，国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理，现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈，这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用，但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种环保的金属表面防锈剂，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种环保的金属表面防锈剂，包括热固性酚醛树脂150-180份,滑石粉50-90份,葡萄糖酸辛5-15份，硅酸锂30-80份，苯乙酸铵20-60份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂成膜致密、均匀、坚硬，有较好的抗氧化性，使用寿命长，废液处理简易，不会产生环境污染问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1：包括水玻璃10份，浓度为70％的植酸20份，植酸钙10份，酒石酸20份，乙酸乙酯20份。
实施例2：包括水玻璃20份，浓度为70％的植酸30份，植酸钙15份，酒石酸25份，乙酸乙酯40份。
实施例3：包括水玻璃30份，浓度为70％的植酸50份，植酸钙19份，酒石酸30份，乙酸乙酯70份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述，本发明的除锈剂成膜致密、均匀、坚硬，有较好的抗氧化性，使用寿命长，废液处理简易，不会产生环境污染问题。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进，这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
