技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂，尤其涉及一种混凝土钢筋防锈剂。
背景技术
目前，国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理，现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈，这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用，但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种混凝土钢筋防锈剂，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种混凝土钢筋防锈剂，包括热固性酚醛树脂150-180份,滑石粉50-90份,葡萄糖酸辛5-15份，硅酸锂30-80份，苯乙酸铵20-60份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂能显著缓解氯离子对钢筋钝化膜的破坏，与水泥的适应性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1：包括热固性酚醛树脂150份,滑石粉50份,葡萄糖酸辛5份，硅酸锂30份，苯乙酸铵20份。
实施例2：包括热固性酚醛树脂170份,滑石粉70份,葡萄糖酸辛11份，硅酸锂60份，苯乙酸铵40份。
实施例3：包括热固性酚醛树脂180份,滑石粉90份,葡萄糖酸辛15份，硅酸锂80份，苯乙酸铵60份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述，本发明的除锈剂能显著缓解氯离子对钢筋钝化膜的破坏，与水泥的适应性好。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进，这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
