一种黑色金属物的防锈剂 技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂，尤其涉及一种黑色金属物的防锈剂。
背景技术
目前，国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理，现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈，这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用，但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种黑色金属物的防锈剂，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种黑色金属物的防锈剂，包括氯酸钠10-30份、热固性酚醛树脂300-500份、环烷酸100-300份，氧化钠80-150份，铝银粉150-300份，滑石粉50-300份和硼酸20-80份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内，加热到100℃，搅拌均匀，然后冷却，即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂使用寿命长、不燃烧、不会产生污染物、附着力强。
具体实施方式
实施例1：包括氯酸钠10份、热固性酚醛树脂300份、环烷酸100份，氧化钠80份，铝银粉150份，滑石粉50份和硼酸20份。
实施例2：包括氯酸钠20份、热固性酚醛树脂400份、环烷酸200份，氧化钠110份，铝银粉200份，滑石粉200份和硼酸40份。
实施例3：包括氯酸钠30份、热固性酚醛树脂500份、环烷酸300份，氧化钠150份，铝银粉300份，滑石粉300份和硼酸80份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内，加热到100℃，搅拌均匀，然后冷却，即可制成产品。
综上所述，本发明的除锈剂使用寿命长、不燃烧、不会产生污染物、附着力强。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进，这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种黑色金属物的防锈剂，其特征在于：包括氯酸钠10-30份、热固性酚醛树脂300-500份、环烷酸100-300份，氧化钠80-150份，铝银粉150-300份，滑石粉50-300份和硼酸20-80份。
