Abstract
本申请公开了一种脱脂防腐防锈剂,包括氢氧化钠50-70份,氯酸钠40-160份,三亚乙基三胺5-20份,盐酸50-150份,磷酸200-400份,黏土15-60份。由此,能够用于黑色金属表面处理,能够同时完成脱脂、除磷、除锈和防腐,减少了多道工序,降低了成本。
Description
本发明涉及防锈剂,尤其涉及一种脱脂防腐防锈剂。
目前,国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理,现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈,这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用,但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种脱脂防腐防锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种脱脂防腐防锈剂,包括氢氧化钠50-70份,铝粉100-150份,六亚甲基四胺100-140份,聚氯乙烯脂肪醇醚40-70份,环氧乙烷100-130份,浓度为88%的磷酸500-700份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂用于黑色金属表面处理,能够同时完成脱脂、除磷、除锈和防腐,减少了多道工序,降低了成本。
实施例1:包括氢氧化钠50-70份,氯酸钠40份,三亚乙基三胺5份,盐酸50份,磷酸200份,黏土15份。
实施例2:包括氢氧化钠60份,氯酸钠110份,三亚乙基三胺10份,盐酸80份,磷酸30份,黏土40份。
实施例3:包括氢氧化钠70份,氯酸钠160份,三亚乙基三胺20份,盐酸150份,磷酸400份,黏土60份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述,本发明的除锈剂用于黑色金属表面处理,能够同时完成脱脂、除磷、除锈和防腐,减少了多道工序,降低了成本。

- 一种脱脂防腐防锈剂,其特征在于:包括氢氧化钠50-70份,氯酸钠40-160份,三亚乙基三胺5-20份,盐酸50-150份,磷酸200-400份,黏土15-60份。
