Description
本发明涉及防锈剂,尤其涉及一种混凝土钢筋防锈剂。
目前,国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理,现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈,这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用,但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种混凝土钢筋防锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种混凝土钢筋防锈剂,包括热固性酚醛树脂150-180份,滑石粉50-90份,葡萄糖酸辛5-15份,硅酸锂30-80份,苯乙酸铵20-60份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂能显著缓解氯离子对钢筋钝化膜的破坏,与水泥的适应性好。
实施例1:包括热固性酚醛树脂150份,滑石粉50份,葡萄糖酸辛5份,硅酸锂30份,苯乙酸铵20份。
实施例2:包括热固性酚醛树脂170份,滑石粉70份,葡萄糖酸辛11份,硅酸锂60份,苯乙酸铵40份。
实施例3:包括热固性酚醛树脂180份,滑石粉90份,葡萄糖酸辛15份,硅酸锂80份,苯乙酸铵60份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述,本发明的除锈剂能显著缓解氯离子对钢筋钝化膜的破坏,与水泥的适应性好。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的
变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

- 一种混凝土钢筋防锈剂,其特征在于:包括热固性酚醛树脂150-180份,滑石粉50-90份,葡萄糖酸辛5-15份,硅酸锂30-80份,苯乙酸铵20-60份。
