一种用于黑色金属的气相防锈剂 技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂，尤其涉及一种用于黑色金属的气相防锈剂。
背景技术
目前，国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理，现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈，这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用，但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种用于黑色金属的气相防锈剂，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种用于黑色金属的气相防锈剂，包括黏土15-60份、磷酸氢二铵20-70份，碳酸氢铵15-80份，硝酸钠20-60份，氯酸钠1-8份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内，加热到100℃，搅拌均匀，然后冷却，即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂本身挥发出的气体在密闭的条件下能对黑色金属起到保护作用，且成本较低，防锈效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例1：包括黏土15份、磷酸氢二铵20份，碳酸氢铵15份，硝酸钠20份，氯酸钠1份。
实施例2：包括黏土30份、磷酸氢二铵40份，碳酸氢铵40份，硝酸钠40份，氯酸钠5份。
实施例3：包括黏土60份、磷酸氢二铵70份，碳酸氢铵80份，硝酸钠60份，氯酸钠8份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内，加热到100℃，搅拌均匀，然后冷却，即可制成产品。
综上所述，本发明的除锈剂本身挥发出的气体在密闭的条件下能对黑色金属起到保护作用，且成本较低，防锈效果好。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干相似的 变形和改进，这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
