本申请公开了一种用于金属表面的除锈防锈剂,包括酒石酸20‑30份,甲酸乙酯20‑70份,醇酸树脂清漆50‑150份,乙苯60‑200份,异戊醇20‑70份,铁粉1‑7份。由此,既有金属防锈功能,又可以带漆焊接,且不影响焊接口的焊接质量,成本较低,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂,尤其涉及一种用于金属表面的除锈防锈剂。
背景技术
目前,国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理,现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈,这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用,但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种用于金属表面的除锈防锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种用于金属表面的除锈防锈剂,包括酒石酸20-30份,甲酸乙酯20-70份,醇酸树脂清漆50-150份,乙苯60-200份,异戊醇20-70份,铁粉1-7份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂既有金属防锈功能,又可以带漆焊接,且不影响焊接口的焊接质量,成本较低,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括酒石酸20份,甲酸乙酯20份,醇酸树脂清漆50份,乙苯60份,异戊醇20份,铁粉1份。
实施例2:包括酒石酸26份,甲酸乙酯40份,醇酸树脂清漆110份,乙苯120份,异戊醇40份,铁粉4份。
实施例3:包括酒石酸30份,甲酸乙酯70份,醇酸树脂清漆150份,乙苯200份,异戊醇70份,铁粉7份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述,本发明的除锈剂既有金属防锈功能,又可以带漆焊接,且不影响焊接口的焊接质量,成本较低,使用寿命长。
