本申请公开了一种砼成型模具脱模剂,包括酚醛树脂15‑75份,皂片5‑15份,硬脂酸2‑19份,色拉油20‑70份,液压油15‑25份,磷酸1‑5份,氢氧化钾2‑15份,汽油3‑9份,苯乙醇15‑35份。由此,脱模剂使用后使得脱模容易,改善了劳动强度,避免了污染,产品光亮度高,提高了成品率,降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车脱模剂,尤其涉及一种砼成型模具脱模剂。
背景技术
现有的脱模剂在使用后,脱模效果并不好,还需要人力辅助,才能很好的脱模,而且污染较为严重,难以处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种砼成型模具脱模剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种砼成型模具脱模剂,包括酚醛树脂15-75份,皂片5-15份,硬脂酸2-19份,色拉油20-70份,液压油15-25份,磷酸1-5份,氢氧化钾2-15份,汽油3-9份,苯乙醇15-35份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到搅拌桶中,并向搅拌桶内加入占全部质量60%的水,搅拌均匀,然后再加入到球磨罐中进行球磨,经4h球磨后即得成品。
本发明的脱模剂使用后使得脱模容易,改善了劳动强度,避免了污染,产品光亮度高,提高了成品率,降低了成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括酚醛树脂15份,皂片5份,硬脂酸2份,色拉油20份,液压油15份,磷酸1份,氢氧化钾2份,汽油3份,苯乙醇15份。
实施例2:包括酚醛树脂45份,皂片10份,硬脂酸9份,色拉油50份,液压油18份,磷酸3份,氢氧化钾8份,汽油6份,苯乙醇25份。
实施例3:包括酚醛树脂75份,皂片15份,硬脂酸19份,色拉油70份,液压油25份,磷酸5份,氢氧化钾15份,汽油9份,苯乙醇35份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到搅拌桶中,并向搅拌桶内加入占全部质量60%的水,搅拌均匀,然后再加入到球磨罐中进行球磨,经4h球磨后即得成品。
综上所述,本发明的脱模剂使用后使得脱模容易,改善了劳动强度,避免了污染,产品光亮度高,提高了成品率,降低了成本。
