背景技术
现有的汽车清洗剂成分较多,配比复杂,生产工艺复杂,其清洁效果较差,清洗后光泽度较低,且生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种汽车清洗剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种汽车清洗剂,硫酸氧钛10-25份,三乙醇胺10-80份,油酸10-50份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20-60份,无水乙醇2-15份,水性聚氨酯2-19份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到反应釜中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
本发明的清洗剂配比简单,生产工艺简单,具有较好的清洁效果,清洗后光泽度较高,生产成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例1:硫酸氧钛10份,三乙醇胺10份,油酸10份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20份,无水乙醇2份,水性聚氨酯2份。
实施例2:硫酸氧钛18份,三乙醇胺33份,油酸25份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚40份,无水乙醇9份,水性聚氨酯11份。
实施例3:硫酸氧钛25份,三乙醇胺80份,油酸50份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚60份,无水乙醇15份,水性聚氨酯19份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到反应釜中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
