现有的汽车清洗剂成分较多,配比复杂,生产工艺复杂,其清洁效果较差,清洗后光泽度较低,且生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种汽车清洁增光剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种汽车清洁增光剂,包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20-60份,去离子水500-900份,三丙醇胺10-50份,乳化硅油30-80份,油酸50-120份,蜂蜡10-50份,环己醇六磷酸酯2-15份,石蜡15-45份,碳酸钙1-8份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到反应釜中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
本发明的清洗剂配比简单,生产工艺简单,具有较好的清洁效果,清洗后光泽度较高,生产成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20份,去离子水500份,三丙醇胺10份,乳化硅油30份,油酸50份,蜂蜡10份,环己醇六磷酸酯2份,石蜡15份,碳酸钙1份。
实施例2:包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚40份,去离子水700份,三丙醇胺30份,乳化硅油50份,油酸70份,蜂蜡30份,环己醇六磷酸酯8份,石蜡31份,碳酸钙5份。
实施例3:包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚60份,去离子水900份,三丙醇胺50份,乳化硅油80份,油酸120份,蜂蜡50份,环己醇六磷酸酯15份,石蜡45份,碳酸钙8份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到反应釜中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
