根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种汽车无水清洗剂,包括磷酸三钠10-50份,棕榈蜡50-120份,硝基苯60-150份,磺酸钙10-60份,香精1-5份,二叔丁基本分20-40份,硫化异丁烯30-80份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到反应釜中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
本发明的清洗剂配比简单,生产工艺简单,具有较好的清洁效果,清洗后光泽度较高,生产成本低。

实施例1:包括磷酸三钠10份,棕榈蜡50份,硝基苯60份,磺酸钙10份,香精1份,二叔丁基本分20份,硫化异丁烯30份。
实施例2:包括磷酸三钠30份,棕榈蜡90份,硝基苯90份,磺酸钙40份,香精3份,二叔丁基本分30份,硫化异丁烯50份。
实施例3:包括磷酸三钠50份,棕榈蜡120份,硝基苯150份,磺酸钙60份,香精5份,二叔丁基本分40份,硫化异丁烯80份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入到反应釜中,在常温下搅拌5h,即可制得成品。
