传统的除垢剂的配方复杂,原料难买,除垢效果差,味道难闻,而且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种工业水处理除垢剂，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种工业水处理除垢剂，按质量份数包括丙二醇10-40份,腐植酸钠100-250份,硫化蓖麻油2-8份,碳酸钠300-600份,淀粉30-70份,六偏磷酸钠10-40份,去离子水200-400份。
生产时，将上述物料加入到反应釜中，加热至90℃,同时搅拌均匀,再保温2h,然后降温至常温,取出灌入模具凝固成型，即可制得成品。
本发明的除垢剂配方简单,原料易购,提高了除垢的效果,且不伤皮肤，降低了综合成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1：按质量份数包括丙二醇10份,腐植酸钠100份,硫化蓖麻油2份,碳酸钠300份,淀粉30份,六偏磷酸钠10份,去离子水200份。
实施例2：按质量份数包括丙二醇25份,腐植酸钠180份,硫化蓖麻油5份,碳酸钠450份,淀粉50份,六偏磷酸钠25份,去离子水300份。
实施例3：按质量份数包括丙二醇40份,腐植酸钠250份,硫化蓖麻油8份,碳酸钠600份,淀粉70份,六偏磷酸钠40份,去离子水400份。
生产时，将上述物料加入到反应釜中，加热至90℃,同时搅拌均匀,再保温2h,然后降温至常温,取出灌入模具凝固成型，即可制得成品。
