本发明的目的提供一种粉状多功能除垢剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种粉状多功能除垢剂,按质量份数包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠15-55份,浓度为50%的氢氟酸5-15份,浓度为30%的盐酸30-80份,氨基磺酸80-190份,硼酸钠15-30份,乌洛托品2-10份,钨酸钠5-15份,重铬酸钠1-5份,氟化氢铵3-10份。
生产时,将上述物料加入到反应釜中,加热至90℃,同时搅拌均匀,再保温2h,然后降温至常温,取出灌入模具凝固成型,即可制得成品。
本发明的除垢剂配方简单,原料易购,提高了除垢的效果,且不伤皮肤,降低了综合成本。

实施例1:按质量份数包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份,浓度为50%的氢氟酸5份,浓度为30%的盐酸30份,氨基磺酸80份,硼酸钠15份,乌洛托品2份,钨酸钠5份,重铬酸钠1份,氟化氢铵3份。
实施例2:按质量份数包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠35份,浓度为50%的氢氟酸10份,浓度为30%的盐酸55份,氨基磺酸140份,硼酸钠28份,乌洛托品6份,钨酸钠7份,重铬酸钠2份,氟化氢铵6份。
实施例3:按质量份数包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠55份,浓度为50%的氢氟酸15份,浓度为30%的盐酸80份,氨基磺酸190份,硼酸钠0份,乌洛托品10份,钨酸钠15份,重铬酸钠5份,氟化氢铵10份。
生产时,将上述物料加入到反应釜中,加热至90℃,同时搅拌均匀,再保温2h,然后降温至常温,取出灌入模具凝固成型,即可制得成品。
综上所述,本发明的除垢剂配方简单,原料易购,提高了除垢的效果,且不伤皮肤,降低了综合成本。
