生产时,将上述物料加入到反应釜中,加热至90℃,同时搅拌均匀,再保温2h,然后降温至常温,取出灌入模具凝固成型,即可制得成品。
本发明的除垢剂配方简单,原料易购,提高了除垢的效果,且不伤皮肤,降低了综合成本。

实施例1:按质量份数包括脂肪醇醚硫酸钠5份,硫脲5份,浓度为40%的醋酸20份,浓度为20%的盐酸40份,三聚磷酸钠10份,亚硫酸钠50份,硫酸钾2份,氯化钠2份,聚醚醇5份。
实施例2:按质量份数包括脂肪醇醚硫酸钠16份,硫脲10份,浓度为40%的醋酸50份,浓度为20%的盐酸60份,三聚磷酸钠20份,亚硫酸钠80份,硫酸钾7份,氯化钠5份,聚醚醇17份。
实施例3:按质量份数包括脂肪醇醚硫酸钠20份,硫脲15份,浓度为40%的醋酸80份,浓度为20%的盐酸70份,三聚磷酸钠30份,亚硫酸钠120份,硫酸钾12份,氯化钠8份,聚醚醇30份。
