Abstract

本发明公开了一种引线框架材料加工工艺,工艺流程包括:铸锭加热-热轧开坯-粗轧-时效退火-精轧-时效退火-矫直-剪切-检验包装。铸锭加热温度为920~980℃,加热时间3~6h,开轧温度900~960℃,热轧终轧温度在600℃以上,并快速急冷至200℃固溶,两次时效退火温度分别为500℃、450℃。工艺相对简单,操作方便,易于控制,生产周期短。采用中间退火消除加工硬化,采用矫直消除残余应力,使其恢复塑性再继续加工,保证了其机械性能,制品表面光洁。

本发明属于铜合金加工工艺,具体涉及一种引线框架材料加工工艺。
 
背景技术
铁青铜QFe2.5又称C19400,由于其具有热导率及电导率高、价格低、热膨胀性能与所封装的树脂相近等优点,目前依然占据着引线框架材料的主力军位置,而且其所占市场份额一直稳中有升,是市场化发展的重点框架材料之一。目前,其加工工艺流程复杂,生产效率低。
 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于,提供一种引线框架材料加工工艺,操作方便。
本发明提供的引线框架材料加工工艺,工艺流程包括:铸锭加热-热轧开坯-粗轧-时效退火-精轧-时效退火-矫直-剪切-检验包装。铸锭加热温度为920~980℃,加热时间3~6h,开轧温度900~960℃,热轧终轧温度在600℃以上,并快速急冷至200℃固溶,两次时效退火温度分别为500℃、450℃。
本发明提供的引线框架材料加工工艺,其有益效果在于,工艺相对简单,操作方便,易于控制,生产周期短。采用中间退火消除加工硬化,采用矫直消除残余应力,使其恢复塑性再继续加工,保证了其机械性能,制品表面光洁。
