根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种煤气热水器除垢剂,按质量份数包括羧甲基纤维素10-25份,磷酸二氢钠5-20份,二氧化锡3-12份,苯并三氮唑1-5份,聚丙烯酸钠2-10份,烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯10-25份,氟化铵1-9份,氨基磺酸15-45份,聚醚醇5-30份。
生产时,将上述物料加入到反应釜中,加热至90℃,同时搅拌均匀,再保温2h,然后降温至常温,取出灌入模具凝固成型,即可制得成品。
本发明的除垢剂配方简单,原料易购,提高了除垢的效果,且不伤皮肤,降低了综合成本。

实施例1:按质量份数包括羧甲基纤维素10份,磷酸二氢钠5份,二氧化锡3份,苯并三氮唑1份,聚丙烯酸钠2份,烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯10份,氟化铵1份,氨基磺酸15份,聚醚醇5份。
实施例2:按质量份数包括羧甲基纤维素18份,磷酸二氢钠12份,二氧化锡8份,苯并三氮唑3份,聚丙烯酸钠6份,烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯16份,氟化铵5份,氨基磺酸30份,聚醚醇19份。
实施例3:按质量份数包括羧甲基纤维素25份,磷酸二氢钠20份,二氧化锡12份,苯并三氮唑5份,聚丙烯酸钠10份,烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯25份,氟化铵9份,氨基磺酸45份,聚醚醇30份。
