本发明涉及除垢剂,尤其涉及一种去污除垢剂。
背景技术
传统的除垢剂的配方复杂,原料难买,除垢效果差,味道难闻,而且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种去污除垢剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种去污除垢剂,按质量份数包括烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯10-25份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠5-20份,十二烷基硫酸钠5-15份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠15-30份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠5-20份,硫酸钾2-12份,聚磷酸钾5-12份,氯化钠2-8份,聚醚醇5-30份。
生产时,将上述物料加入到反应釜中,加热至90℃,同时搅拌均匀,再保温2h,然后降温至常温,取出灌入模具凝固成型,即可制得成品。
本发明的除垢剂配方简单,原料易购,提高了除垢的效果,且不伤皮肤,降低了综合成本。

实施例1:按质量份数包括烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯10份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠5份,十二烷基硫酸钠5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠5份,硫酸钾2份,聚磷酸钾5份,氯化钠2份,聚醚醇5份。
实施例2:按质量份数包括烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯18份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠12份,十二烷基硫酸钠10份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠17份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠13份,硫酸钾7份,聚磷酸钾8份,氯化钠5份,聚醚醇16份。
实施例3:按质量份数包括烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯25份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠20份,十二烷基硫酸钠15份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠30份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠20份,硫酸钾12份,聚磷酸钾12份,氯化钠8份,聚醚醇30份。
