Abstract
发明了一种由5～15％(重量)的羟基乙叉二膦酸，1～3％(重量)的栲胶，1～4％(重量)的三乙醇胺，0.5～1.5％(重量)的磺化蓖麻油和76.5％～92.5％(重量)的水组成的无毒速效除垢剂。它对人体无伤害，对设备基本上不腐蚀，除垢速度快，除垢效果显著，适用于一切需除水垢的设备。
Description
本发明属于一种水垢的除垢剂。
目前常用的水垢除垢剂，是由盐酸或硝酸加入其他化学物质组成。这类除垢剂不仅对设备有一定的腐蚀作用，而且对人体也有伤害。
本发明的目的，是发明一种对设备基本上不腐蚀、对人体无伤害的无毒速效除垢剂。
本发明的无毒速效除垢剂，由5～15％(重量)的羟基乙叉二膦酸，1～3％(重量)的栲胶，1～4％(重量)的三乙醇胺，0.5～1.5％(重量)的磺化蓖麻油和76.5～92.5％(重量)的水组成，各组分的总和为100％(重量)。其中，羟基乙叉二膦酸是除垢剂，其余为缓蚀剂。除垢剂含量过小，除垢效果不佳；含量过多，则成本太高。缓蚀剂含量过小，则可能会腐蚀设备；含量过大，则所需的腐蚀时间又太长。使用时，将需要除垢设备的水排净，将本发明的无毒速效除垢剂放入设备内进行除垢，完成后排出除垢剂，用清水冲洗设备，即可重新使用。排出的除垢剂如未呈现乳白色，即可继续使用。
本发明的无毒速效除垢剂，无色无毒，无挥发物，对设备基本上不腐蚀，对人体皮肤不伤害，适用于一切产生水垢需要除垢的设备，特别对进入千家万户家庭的热水器，除垢更佳。
实施例1
将5％(重量)的羟基乙叉二膦酸，1％(重量)的栲胶，1％(重量)的三乙醇胺，0.5％(重量)的磺化蓖麻油和92.5％(重量)的水投入不锈钢容器内拌匀，即得本发明的无毒速效除垢剂。
实施例2
将8％(重量)的羟基乙叉二膦酸，1.5％(重量)的栲胶，1.5％(重量)的三乙醇胺，1％(重量)的磺化蓖麻油和88％(重量)的水投入不锈钢容器内拌匀即成本发明的无毒速效除垢剂。
实施例3
将15％(重量)的羟基乙叉二膦酸，3％(重量)的栲胶，4％(重量)的三乙醇胺，1.5％(重量)的磺化蓖麻油和76.5％(重量)的水投入不锈钢容器内拌匀即成本发明的无毒速效除垢剂。
以上三个实施例制得无毒速效除垢剂，要除去0.3mm厚的水垢，所需时间分别为70、42、28分钟。

1、一种无毒速效除垢剂，其特征在于它由5～15％(重量)的羟基乙叉二膦酸，1～3％(重量)的栲胶，1～4％(重量)的三乙醇胺，0.5～1.5％(重量)的磺化蓖麻油和76.5％～92.5％(重量)的水组成，各组分的总和为100％(重量)。
