技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂,尤其涉及一种乳化型防锈剂。
背景技术
目前,国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理,现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈,这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用,但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种乳化型防锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种乳化型防锈剂,包括水性氟碳乳液70-200份,无水乙醇20-60份,二壬基萘磺酸钾2-8份,羊毛脂镁皂4-9份,油酰肌氨酸十八胺70-150份,苯并三氮唑4-10份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂具有良好的耐腐蚀性,且制作成本低,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括乙基硅油3份,硝酸钠20份,二元酸20份,二乙醇胺60份,合成硼酸酯60份,苯并二氮唑10份,十二烯基丁三酸70份。
实施例2:包括乙基硅油5份,硝酸钠50份,二元酸50份,二乙醇胺80份,合成硼酸酯80份,苯并二氮唑20份,十二烯基丁三酸110份。
实施例3:包括乙基硅油8份,硝酸钠80份,二元酸80份,二乙醇胺110份,合成硼酸酯110份,苯并二氮唑30份,十二烯基丁三酸150份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述,本发明的除锈剂具有良好的耐腐蚀性,且制作成本低,使用寿命长。
