技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂,尤其涉及一种链条油防锈剂。
背景技术
目前,国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理,现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈,这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用,但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种链条油防锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种链条油防锈剂,包括聚氧丙烯脂肪醇醚50-80份,浓度为30%的亚硝酸钾溶液200-300份,磺酸钠100-150份,聚异丁烯80-120份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂能用于链条油的防锈,且制作成本低,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括聚氧丙烯脂肪醇醚50份,浓度为30%的亚硝酸钾溶液200份,磺酸钠100份,聚异丁烯80份。
实施例2:包括聚氧丙烯脂肪醇醚70份,浓度为30%的亚硝酸钾溶液250份,磺酸钠120份,聚异丁烯110份。
实施例3:包括聚氧丙烯脂肪醇醚80份,浓度为30%的亚硝酸钾溶液300份,磺酸钠150份,聚异丁烯120份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述,本发明的除锈剂能用于链条油的防锈,且制作成本低,使用寿命长。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
