技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂,尤其涉及一种滤清器用防锈剂。
背景技术
目前,国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理,现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈,这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用,但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种滤清器用防锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种滤清器用防锈剂,包括磺酸钠100-150份,羟乙基淀粉50-90份,醋酸酯淀粉60-110份,水性氟碳乳液70-150份,异丙醇40-70份,丙酮20-70份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂能用于滤清器的防锈,具有耐高温的优点,且制作成本低,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括磺酸钠100份,羟乙基淀粉50份,醋酸酯淀粉60份,水性氟碳乳液70份,异丙醇40份,丙酮20份。
实施例2:包括磺酸钠120份,羟乙基淀粉70份,醋酸酯淀粉80份,水性氟碳乳液110份,异丙醇50份,丙酮40份。
实施例3:包括磺酸钠150份,羟乙基淀粉90份,醋酸酯淀粉110份,水性氟碳乳液150份,异丙醇70份,丙酮70份。
生产时,将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述,本发明的除锈剂能用于滤清器的防锈,具有耐高温的优点,且制作成本低,使用寿命长。
