一种金属制品表面处理剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:磷酸二氢锌2-8份,硼酸钠3-6份,邻二甲苯硫脲3-9份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4-10份,表面活性剂2-7份,金属洗净剂3-6份,OP乳化剂1-5份,钼酸铵2-6份,偏硅酸钠5-9份,植酸1-3份。本发明的有益效果是,本发明的金属制品表面处理剂,对金属表面具有很好的清洗保护作用,同时在金属表面形成一层致密的氧化保护膜,能够延缓金属制品再次生锈的时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属制品表面处理剂。
背景技术
清洗剂金属及其制品在加工过程中常会在表面沾染各种污物和杂质。清洗是金属表面处理中极其重要的一环。以去油脱脂为主要目标的常用清洗剂有石油系清洗剂、氯代烃系清洗剂、碱性清洗剂和含有表面活性剂的清洗剂等。现有技术中的具有很好效果的表面处理剂的处理效果不太理想,且使用成本较高,因此,限制了表面处理剂的进一步推广应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种金属制品表面处理剂,对金属表面具有很好的清洗保护作用,同时在金属表面形成一层致密的氧化保护膜,能够延缓金属制品再次生锈的时间。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种金属制品表面处理剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
磷酸二氢锌2-8份,硼酸钠3-6份,邻二甲苯硫脲3-9份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4-10份,表面活性剂2-7份,金属洗净剂3-6份,OP乳化剂1-5份,钼酸铵2-6份,偏硅酸钠5-9份,植酸1-3份。
本发明优化的技术方案是,一种金属制品表面处理剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:

磷酸二氢锌2-8份,硼酸钠3-6份,邻二甲苯硫脲3-9份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4-10份,表面活性剂2-7份,金属洗净剂3-6份,OP乳化剂1-5份,钼酸铵2-6份,偏硅酸钠5-9份,植酸1-3份。
