 目前,市面上的不锈钢清洗剂使用效果不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前市面上的不锈钢清洗剂使用效果不够理想之不足,而提供不锈钢清洗剂。
本发明包括水、氢氟酸、磷酸、草酸、OP-10、K12、322H、6501、三乙醇胺、磷酸三丁酯和AEO-7,其重量份配比为:
水50-60        氢氟酸4-6        磷酸8-12
草酸2-4       OP-10 7-9        K12 4-6
322H 3-5       6501 1-3         三乙醇胺 2-4
磷酸三丁酯 1-3          AEO-7 2-4。
本发明优点是:本发明的不锈钢脱脂剂能替代目前使用的ODS类清洗剂,即能达到ODS类清洗剂的清洗效果,对不锈钢表面无损伤,清洗效果明显,清洗数量大,对人体无伤害,制备方法简便,安全环保无污染。特别适用于不锈钢精密件的超声波清洗。
具体实施方式
本发明包括水、氢氟酸、磷酸、草酸、OP-10、K12、322H、6501、三乙醇胺、磷酸三丁酯和AEO-7,其重量份配比为:
水55        氢氟酸5        磷酸10
草酸3       OP-10 8        K12 5
322H 4       6501 2         三乙醇胺  3
磷酸三丁酯 2          AEO-7 3。
制备方法:将上述材料按序边搅拌边添加即可。

1. 一种不锈钢清洗剂,其特征在于它包括水、氢氟酸、磷酸、草酸、OP-10、K12、322H、6501、三乙醇胺、磷酸三丁酯和AEO-7,其重量份配比为:
水50-60        氢氟酸4-6        磷酸8-12
草酸2-4       OP-10 7-9        K12 4-6
322H 3-5       6501 1-3         三乙醇胺  2-4
磷酸三丁酯 1-3          AEO-7 2-4。
