本发明公开了一种水性防锈剂,各组分按重量份计,1-羟基苯并三唑40-50份、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷35-42份、肌醇六磷酸酯5-10份、三乙胺5-8份、醋酸钠1-4份、草酸0.02-1份。本发明所提供的水性防锈剂,在保证水性防锈剂本身干净的特点的基础上,比现有的水性防锈剂防锈效果好,更加稳定,防锈期长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防锈剂。
背景技术
水性防锈剂是一种水基防锈溶液,可有效的保护钢、铁等材料,防止生锈。由于其具有使用时干净清洁的特点,很受欢迎。根据防锈期要求的不同,和水按一定比例混合使用,防锈期限可达到几天至几月,如果有一定外包装条件,防锈时间可达一年以上。但是,现有的水性防锈剂只能保持在一个月内具有良好的防锈效果,随着时间的增加,防锈性能逐渐降低,远远不能满足人们对防锈期的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种防锈效果好,且防锈期长的水性防锈剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
    一种水性防锈剂,各组分按重量份计,1-羟基苯并三唑40-50份、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷35-42份、肌醇六磷酸酯5-10份、三乙胺5-8份、醋酸钠1-4份、草酸0.02-1份。
    作为优选方案,上述的水性防锈剂,各组分按重量份计,1-羟基苯并三唑45份、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷41份、肌醇六磷酸酯8份、三乙胺5.5份、醋酸钠3份、草酸0.4份。 
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所提供的水性防锈剂,在保证水性防锈剂本身干净的特点的基础上,比现有的水性防锈剂防锈效果好,更加稳定,防锈期长。

    一种水性防锈剂,各组分按重量份计,1-羟基苯并三唑45份、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷41份、肌醇六磷酸酯8份、三乙胺5.5份、醋酸钠3份、草酸0.4份。 
实施例2:   
    一种水性防锈剂,各组分按重量份计,1-羟基苯并三唑40份、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷42份、肌醇六磷酸酯5份、三乙胺8份、醋酸钠1份、草酸1份。
    实施例3:    
   一种水性防锈剂,各组分按重量份计,1-羟基苯并三唑50份、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷35份、肌醇六磷酸酯10份、三乙胺5份、醋酸钠4份、草酸0.02份。

1.一种水性防锈剂,其特征在于:各组分按重量份计,1-羟基苯并三唑40-50份、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷35-42份、肌醇六磷酸酯5-10份、三乙胺5-8份、醋酸钠1-4份、草酸0.02-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性防锈剂,其特征在于:各组分按重量份计,1-羟基苯并三唑45份、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷41份、肌醇六磷酸酯8份、三乙胺5.5份、醋酸钠3份、草酸0.4份。
