技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿物油检测试剂及其应用。
背景技术
矿物油来源于石油分馏的产物,属于较高级的直链烷烃,而食用油脂系高级脂肪酸的甘油酯,尽管外观有某些相似,但其化学性质有很大的差别。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了能够检测食品油中矿物油的检测试剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种矿物油检测试剂,包括有按重量份计的以下组分:氢氧化钠溶液20-30份,无水乙醇15-24份,丙酮8-14份,废白土6-9份,二硫化碳2-6份。
本发明的第二个目的是提供了上述一种矿物油检测试剂在检测食用油中矿物油的应用。
进一步的,上述的应用,是将上述的矿物油检测试剂,加入至食用油样品中,并于80-100℃热水中加热10分钟后,再加入蒸馏水,观察混浊程度即可。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的矿物油检测试剂,检出率高出同类产品25-40%,同时,操作简单,检测效果直观,检测速度快。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种矿物油检测试剂,包括有按重量份计的以下组分:氢氧化钠溶液20-30份,无水乙醇15-24份,丙酮8-14份,废白土6-9份,二硫化碳2-6份。
上述一种矿物油检测试剂在检测食用油中矿物油时,是将上述的矿物油检测试剂,加入至食用油样品中,并于80-100℃热水中加热10分钟后,再加入蒸馏水,观察混浊程度即可。

1.一种矿物油检测试剂,其特征在于,包括有按重量份计的以下组分:氢氧化钠溶液20-30份,无水乙醇15-24份,丙酮8-14份,废白土6-9份,二硫化碳2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿物油检测试剂在检测食用油中矿物油的应用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的应用,其特征在于,是将如权利要求1所述的矿物油检测试剂,加入至食用油样品中,并于80-100℃热水中加热10分钟后,再加入蒸馏水,观察混浊程度即可。
