技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂，尤其涉及一种油箱用防锈剂。
背景技术
目前，国内大型机加工零件在安装前及中途运输过程中大都需要防锈处理，现在普遍采用牛油或普通的防锈油进行防锈，这些防锈剂虽然具有一定的防锈作用，但是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种油箱用防锈剂，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种油箱用防锈剂，包括石油磺酸铁11-30份，环氧丙烯酸酯树脂60-90份，甲醇9-50份，丁醇20-60份，水性氟碳乳液70-200份，丙酮20-50份，异丁醇50-90份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
本发明的除锈剂能对油箱进行防锈处理，形成一层防锈保护膜，具有良好的耐腐蚀性，且制作成本低，使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1：包括石油磺酸铁11份，环氧丙烯酸酯树脂60份，甲醇9份，丁醇20份，水性氟碳乳液70份，丙酮20份，异丁醇50份。
实施例2：包括石油磺酸铁20份，环氧丙烯酸酯树脂70份，甲醇30份，丁醇40份，水性氟碳乳液160份，丙酮30份，异丁醇70份。
实施例3：包括石油磺酸铁30份，环氧丙烯酸酯树脂90份，甲醇50份，丁醇60份，水性氟碳乳液200份，丙酮50份，异丁醇90份。
生产时，将上述物料全部加入搅拌桶内,加热到100℃,搅拌均匀,然后冷却,即可制成产品。
综上所述，本发明的除锈剂能对油箱进行防锈处理，形成一层防锈保护膜，具有良好的耐腐蚀性，且制作成本低，使用寿命长。
