本发明涉及一种注射成型闪彩鞋材及其制作方法,组分及其重量份数为:PVC透明树脂100份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯25~30份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯25~30份,PVC热稳定剂4~8份,金葱片1~2份,PVC发泡剂0.5~0.8份;经混料包裹、塑化、成型冷却制成。具有有效提高鞋材使用寿命、美观大方的优点。

一种注射成型闪彩鞋材及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工艺改进的鞋材及其制作方法,具体地说,是涉及一种注射成型闪彩鞋材及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有鞋材一般是由塑料制成,在比较差的使用环境使用或者正常使用一段时间后,存在老化折断、断裂的隐患,而且,其色彩比较单调,外观比较呆板,不能满足消费者越来越高的审美需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在问题,提供一种有效提高鞋材使用寿命、美观大方的注射成型闪彩鞋材及其制作方法。
本发明,一种注射成型闪彩鞋材,闪彩注射成型鞋材的组分及其重量份数为:PVC透明树脂100份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯25~30份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯25~30份,PVC热稳定剂4~8份,金葱片1~2份,PVC发泡剂0.5~0.8份。
本发明,每100份PVC透明树脂可加入色粉0.5~1份。
本发明,金葱片层的金葱片为正六边形,金葱片颗粒的大小为0.5~3mm。
本发明,一种注射成型闪彩鞋材的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:按比例称取100份PVC透明树脂、25~30份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、25~30份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、4~8份PVC热稳定剂、1~2份金葱片、0.5~0.8份PVC发泡剂备用;
(2)混料包裹:将上述PVC透明树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、PVC热稳定剂、金葱片、PVC发泡剂混合搅拌均匀,在温度80~90℃下捏合90~110min,得到PVC透明树脂对金葱片均匀包裹的混匀物料;
(3)塑化:将螺杆机升温至168~180℃后,将步骤(2)得到的混匀物料投入螺杆机的料斗中进行塑化,得到具有均匀微小气泡及金葱片颗粒的塑化料;
(4)成型冷却:将步骤(3)得到的塑化料注入模具中成型冷却,得到闪彩鞋材。
本发明,金葱片层的金葱片为正六边形,金葱片颗粒的大小为0.5~3mm,气泡大小为1.5~2.5mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:气泡能降低鞋材局部应力集中,减少鞋材断裂概率,延长鞋材使用寿命,同时,利用气泡的光折射,与金葱片颗粒光折射共同作用,起到鞋材闪彩效果。具有有效提高鞋材使用寿命、美观大方的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种注射成型闪彩鞋材,闪彩注射成型鞋材的组分及其重量份数为:PVC透明树脂100份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30份,PVC热稳定剂6份,金葱片1份,PVC发泡剂0.5份;金葱片层的金葱片为正六边形,金葱片颗粒的大小为0.5~3mm。
实施例2:一种注射成型闪彩鞋材的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:按比例称取100份PVC透明树脂、30份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、30份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、6份PVC热稳定剂、1份金葱片、0.5份PVC发泡剂备用;
(2)混料包裹:将上述PVC透明树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、PVC热稳定剂、金葱片、PVC发泡剂混合搅拌均匀,在温度80~90℃下捏合90~110min,得到PVC透明树脂对金葱片均匀包裹的混匀物料;
(3)塑化:将螺杆机升温至168~180℃后,将步骤(2)得到的混匀物料投入螺杆机的料斗中进行塑化,得到具有均匀微小气泡及金葱片颗粒的塑化料;
(4)成型冷却:将步骤(3)得到的塑化料注入模具中成型冷却,得到闪彩鞋材;
金葱片层的金葱片为正六边形,金葱片颗粒的大小为0.5~3mm,气泡大小为1.5~2.5mm。
本发明,稳定剂,可采用市售有机锡MS181稳定剂,稳定剂除在注塑过程起到PVC热稳定剂作用外,还有预防金葱片受热变黑功效,使金葱片在注塑后光亮。
本发明,金葱片,市售,由精亮度极高的不同厚度的电镀膜材料经精密切割而成,材质:PET、PVC、OPP、金属铝质、激光镭射材料;形状:四角形、六角形、长方形等,颜色:金色、银色、七彩色、彩色、幻彩色、珠光色、镭射等供于选择,应用领域:用于圣诞工艺品、蜡烛工艺、化妆品、丝网印刷行业、装饰材料、油漆装潢、家具喷漆,包装,圣诞礼品,玩具笔等领域,其特点在于增强产品的视觉效果,使装饰部分凹凸有层次,更具立体感。
本发明,发泡剂,一般可采用碳酸氢钠,白色粉末,比重2.16,分解温度约为100~140℃,并放出部分CO2,到270℃时失出全部CO2

Claims (2)

1.一种注射成型闪彩鞋材的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:按比例称取100份PVC透明树脂、25~30份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、25~30份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、4~8份PVC热稳定剂、1~2份金葱片、0.5~0.8份PVC发泡剂备用;
(2)混料包裹:将上述PVC透明树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、PVC热稳定剂、金葱片、PVC发泡剂混合搅拌均匀,在温度80~90℃下捏合90~110min,得到PVC透明树脂对金葱片均匀包裹的混匀物料;
(3)塑化:将螺杆机升温至168~180℃后,将步骤(2)得到的混匀物料投入螺杆机的料斗中进行塑化,得到具有均匀大小为1.5~2.5mm的气泡及金葱片颗粒的塑化料;
(4)成型冷却:将步骤(3)得到的塑化料注入模具中成型冷却,得到闪彩鞋材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射成型闪彩鞋材的制作方法,其特征在于:所述金葱片为正六边形,金葱片颗粒的大小为0.5~3mm。
