Abstract
本发明提供了一种PVC复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料包括:上下共挤成型的上层和底层;上层包括的组分及其质量百分比为:PET树脂15%、增塑剂3%、铝银粉5%、稳定剂1%、润滑剂0.3-1.5%、聚氯乙烯树脂余量;底层包括的组分及其质量百分比为:增塑剂3%、稳定剂0.3-1%、润滑剂0.3-1%、填充剂24-36%、聚氯乙烯树脂余量。本发明的双层PVC复合材料的上层中包含铝银粉,铝银粉适于填补上层表面的凹坑,使上层表面具有较高的光洁度和亮度,以满足家电设备的表面装饰效果;底层为硬质PVC层,具有较好的机械性能和制品的稳定性,适于满足产品整体的刚性要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC复合材料的技术领域,具体是一种PVC复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
一般PVC材料是由PVC树脂、稳定剂、润滑剂、改性剂等成分组成的,物料混合均匀后定量加入螺槽,有螺杆动力向前输送,机筒的加热作用和螺杆的剪切作用使物料塑化熔融,从螺槽到口模型腔截面积逐渐减小,因而在螺杆动力作用下形成一定的背压,使PVC材料成型。
单层PVC材料的缺陷是其的表面毛糙、没有光洁度,如果要解决这个问题就必须对其表面进行打磨喷涂,但是这种工艺不环保,而且对人体有害,耐腐蚀性较差,抗划伤性也较差,不可以再生处理。
如何提供一种表面光洁、无毒、无污染且成本较低的PVC材料,是本领域要解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种表面光洁、步骤简单、成本较低、环保的PVC复合材料及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的PVC复合材料包括:上下共挤成型的上层和底层;上层包括的组分及其质量百分比为:PET树脂15%、增塑剂3%、铝银粉5%、稳定剂1%、润滑剂0.3-1.5%、聚氯乙烯树脂余量;底层包括的组分及其质量百分比为:增塑剂3%、稳定剂0.3-1%、润滑剂0.3-1%、填充剂24-36%、聚氯乙烯树脂余量。
具体地,所述增塑剂为:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或环氧大豆油。
具体地,所述上层中的稳定剂为:UV-531紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂DLTP之一,所述底层中的稳定剂为:硬脂酸钙、UV-531紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂DLTP之一。
具体地,所述润滑剂为:硬脂酸、石蜡白油之一。
具体地,所述填充剂包括的组分及其在底层中的质量百分比为:碳酸钙15-25%、滑石粉3-6%、碳纤维3-6%、阻燃剂0.5-1.5%。
所述的双层PVC复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
分别利用高速混合机混合构成所述上层和底层的原料,然后分别经造粒机造粒成型,并得到上、底层塑粒;将干燥好的所述上、底层塑粒分别通过真空机输入双螺杆挤出机共挤成型。
作为优化的方案,所述双螺杆挤出机的甲、乙料筒的温度设定为110-130℃,双螺杆挤出机的甲、乙主机设定为200-240℃。
作为优化的方案,在配制所述上层原料时,将高速混合机的混合搅拌速度控制为1000-1200转/分,将PET树脂与聚氯乙烯树脂混合后的温度控制到50-60℃,然后加入铝银粉并搅拌均匀,最后加入增塑剂、稳定剂和润滑剂。
作为优化的方案,在配制所述底层原料时,将高速混合机的混合搅拌速度控制为1000-1800转/分,将填充剂与聚氯乙烯树脂混合后的温度控制到60-90℃,然后加入增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂。
本发明的上述技术方案相比现有技术具有以下优点:(1)本发明生产的双层PVC复合材料的上层中包含铝银粉,该铝银粉适于填补上层表面的凹坑,使上层表面具有较高的光洁度和亮度,以满足家电设备的表面装饰效果;此外,由于铝银粉成本较高,因此仅在上层使用;在满足装饰效果的前提下,尽量降低上层的厚度,以较低成本。底层为硬质PVC层,具有较好的机械性能和制品的稳定性,适于满足产品整体的刚性要求,底层同时具有柔韧性好、易成型、不易脆、无毒、无污染等特点。(2)本发明可以发挥上、下层材料的优点,即上层表面具有较高的光洁度和亮度,底层为硬质PVC层,适于满足产品整体的刚性要求;克服了单一材料的缺陷,组合后的双层PVC材料具有成本低、能耗小、纯环保、强度高、加工成型方便等特点,在生产过程中不用喷涂油漆,可达到零污染、而且可以再生产处理。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的双层PVC复合材料包括:上下共挤成型的上层和底层。
上层包括的组分及其质量百分比为:PET树脂15%、增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3%、环氧大豆油3%之一)、铝银粉5%、稳定剂1%(UV-531紫外线吸收剂1%、抗氧剂DLTP1%之一)、润滑剂(硬脂酸0.5%、石蜡白油0.5%之一)、聚氯乙烯树脂余量。
底层包括的组分及其质量百分比为:增塑剂3%(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3%、环氧大豆油3%之一)、稳定剂(硬脂酸钙0.5%、UV-531紫外线吸收剂0.5%、抗氧剂DLTP0.5%之一)、润滑剂(硬脂酸0.5%、液体石蜡白油0.5%之一)、填充剂(包括:碳酸钙22%、滑石粉4%、碳纤维4%、阻燃剂1%)、聚氯乙烯树脂余量。
实施例2
上述实施例1的双层PVC复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将配好的构成所述上层和底层的原料分别利用高速混合机混合后,分别经造粒机造粒成型,并得到上、底层塑粒;
将干燥好的所述上、底层塑粒分别通过真空机输入双螺杆挤出机的甲、乙料筒,并把甲、乙料筒的温度设定为110-130℃,同时把双螺杆挤出机的甲、乙主机设定为200-240℃,然后启动甲、乙主机,双螺杆在甲、乙料筒内不断旋转以加速物料熔融塑化,然后双螺杆向塑化熔体施加压力,使甲、乙料筒内的物料进入共挤模头挤出,进入真空水冷定型模具,得到双层复合材料,把挤出的成型的双层复合材料再送入动力牵引机,调整好速度比,最后剪切成型材料的尺寸。
塑料都会从空气中吸收水分,若塑料颗粒吸收了过多的水分,就会影响成品效果,如表面出现银斑、气泡、制品的冲击强度、拉伸强度下降,因此在复合挤出前必须进行真空干燥。
作为优化的方案,将上层的PET树脂与聚氯乙烯树脂混合,混合搅拌速度为1000-1200转/分,温度到50-60℃时加入铝银粉并搅拌均匀,再加入增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、这样保证了产品的表面光洁度和亮度。
将底层的聚氯乙烯树脂和滑填充剂搅拌混合60-90℃,搅拌速度为1000-1800转/分,温度到60-90℃时再加入增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂。
本发明的双层PVC复合材料就不需要对其表面进行喷涂打磨,因为其上层和底层都是硬质材料,底层中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯可作为主增塑剂,硬脂酸是防止层析结垢的效果,滑石粉耐酸性能好,上层中的环氧大豆油的光、热稳定性好,同时兼有热稳定剂的作用;紫外线吸收剂热稳定性、化学稳定性好,在成型加工时不影响高聚物的加工性能;石蜡白油润滑能效高,热稳定性好;
铝银粉是一种着色剂使表面增加亮度和色彩,可以根据客户的要求可以添加其它颜料,在生产过程中复合挤出前必须将造成的塑粒进行真空干燥,使成型出来的产品不仅亮度强,硬度好,而且还环保,从应用上看,如冰箱门框是以单层PVC材料为主,现在可用本发明的双层PVC复合材料代替,单层PVC材料的成本是新型PVC复合材料的2倍,本发明的双层PVC复合材料不仅成本低,而且美观环保,耐腐蚀性好,耐热不老化,固化收缩率低,机械强度高,电绝缘性好,阻燃性好,不用喷涂可达到零污染而且可以再生处理。
Claims (9)
1.一种PVC复合材料,其特征在于包括上下共挤成型的上层和底层;
上层包括的组分及其质量百分比为:PET树脂15%、增塑剂3%、铝银粉5%、稳定剂1%、润滑剂0.3-1.5%、聚氯乙烯树脂余量;
底层包括的组分及其质量百分比为:增塑剂3%、稳定剂0.3-1%、润滑剂0.3-1%、填充剂24-36%、聚氯乙烯树脂余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC复合材料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或环氧大豆油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的PVC复合材料,其特征在于:所述上层中的稳定剂为:UV-531紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂DLTP之一,所述底层中的稳定剂为:硬脂酸钙、UV-531紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂DLTP之一。
4.根据权利要求3所述的PVC复合材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为:硬脂酸、石蜡白油之一。
5.根据权利要求4所述的PVC复合材料,其特征在于:所述填充剂包括的组分及其在底层中的质量百分比为:碳酸钙15-25%、滑石粉3-6%、碳纤维3-6%、阻燃剂0.5-1.5%。
6.一种上述权利要求5所述的PVC复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
分别利用高速混合机混合构成所述上层和底层的原料,然后分别经造粒机造粒成型,并得到上、底层塑粒;
将干燥好的所述上、底层塑粒分别通过真空机输入双螺杆挤出机共挤成型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的PVC复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述双螺杆挤出机的甲、乙料筒的温度设定为110-130℃,双螺杆挤出机的甲、乙主机设定为200-240℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的PVC复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:在配制所述上层原料时,将高速混合机的混合搅拌速度控制为1000-1200转/分,将PET树脂与聚氯乙烯树脂混合后的温度控制到50-60℃,然后加入铝银粉并搅拌均匀,最后加入增塑剂、稳定剂和润滑剂。
