技术领域
本发明涉及塑料技术领域,尤其涉及一种注塑工艺中随机形成仿木纹疤节装饰的方法,其在生产过程中能够自然生成疤节图案。
背景技术
现有的家具大部分采用木材建造而成,其表面颜色单调需经印刷、喷涂、覆膜等二次加工处理,以形成装饰性木纹图案,以凸显木纹装饰的家具型材具有天然木材的质轻、美观等一系列优点。但我国是个森林资源比较匮乏的国家,大量的砍伐森林会危害到子孙千代的长远利益,而且这是我国法律明令禁止的。木材由于其本身结构、质地等原因,在使用过程中易吸水而腐烂,因此在使用之前必须对其进行处理,如在木材表面涂层防水漆或加防腐剂经特殊工艺制成防腐效果。但后者从环保角度来说是不允许的,因为工业防腐剂中含有大量对人体有害的物质-甲醛,而二次加工处理浪费大量的人力、物力,增加了其制造成本。
人们逐步转向塑料和木塑等木材替代材料来制作家具,由此出现了仿木纹技术。混合料进入挤出机塑化后,在合适的工艺条件下,在产品上形成不规则的花纹,调以合适的颜色,就会给人以强烈的木质感。但是采用上述工艺生产出来的产品外观木质感差、缺少天然木材中的疤节,使得整个产品不够自然。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种注塑工艺中随机形成仿木纹疤节装饰图案的方法,通过设计塑料配方中各组份配比及生产工艺,得到的仿木纹塑料带有疤节、木质感好。
为达到发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:注塑工艺中随机形成仿木纹疤节装饰的方法,包括热熔型塑料配比、注塑机混熔加压、模具成型三个步骤,其关键在于:塑料配方包括有ABS或PP、发泡剂、无机颜料;并按照以下的质量组份配比:ABS或PP 100份,发泡剂0.4-1.2份,无机颜料0.3-3份。
 进一步的,所述塑料配方质量组份配比中发泡剂的质量优选份数为0.6-0.9份。
 注塑工艺中还包括以下步骤:A、塑料配方进入注塑机前加热预搅拌步骤;B、模具成型步骤中借助于加压冷却过程成型。
上述步骤B中达到成型压力后冷却8-10秒。
本发明的带有疤节的仿木纹装饰原理是:塑料配方在搅拌至基本混合均匀,使混合料在注塑机中成型时形成木纹,发泡剂使周围的组分膨胀在注塑成型时随机形成疤节。
本发明的有益技术效果是:采用本方法得到的塑料产品带有木材自然生长过程中形成的疤节、木质感好,能够广泛应用在家居用品等场合。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种注塑工艺中随机形成仿木纹疤节装饰的方法,包括热熔型塑料配比、注塑机混熔加压,模具成型三个步骤,其关键在于塑料配方包括有ABS或PP、发泡剂、无机颜料;并按照以下的质量组份配比:ABS或PP 100份,发泡剂0.4-1.2份,无机颜料0.3-3份。
上述塑料配方质量组份配比中发泡剂的质量优选份数为0.6-0.9份。
本发明在具体实施时:
 表1中各组成成份按质量份数表示
A、塑料配方进入注塑机前加热预搅拌步骤:将塑料各组份按表1中各实施例的配比放入搅拌机中搅拌至基本均匀;该步骤中各组份搅拌至基本均匀而非充分均匀的目的是使在发泡剂作用下其周围的组分膨胀,以达到随机形成疤节的目的。
B、模具成型步骤中借助于加压冷却过程成型。在步骤B中达到成型压力后冷却8-10秒。
采用本发明的塑料配方和方法能够在产品生产过程中随机形成疤节,得到的产品自然、美观。

1.注塑工艺中随机形成仿木纹疤节装饰的方法,包括热熔型塑料配比、注塑机混熔加压、模具成型三个步骤,其特征在于:塑料配方包括有ABS或PP、发泡剂、无机颜料;并按照以下的质量组份配比:
ABS或PP 100份,发泡剂0.4-1.2份,无机颜料0.3-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑工艺中随机形成仿木纹疤节装饰的方法,其特征在于:所述塑料配方质量组份配比中发泡剂的质量优选份数为0.6-0.9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注塑工艺中随机形成仿木纹疤节装饰的方法,其特征在于:所述的注塑工艺中还包括以下步骤:
    A、塑料配方进入注塑机前加热预搅拌步骤;
    B、模具成型步骤中借助于加压冷却过程成型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的注塑工艺中随机形成仿木纹疤节装饰的方法,其特征在于:在步骤B中达到成型压力后冷却8-10秒。
