本发明涉及一种吸塑标签,特别涉及一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标及其制备方法。一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标,所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标由底层、图案层、胶水层三层复合而成,所述的底层为PP膜,图案层是由油墨胶水组合物涂覆在底层上干燥得到,所述油墨胶水组合物中油墨的质量含量为60‑70%,胶水的含量为30‑40%。本发明的凹凸模内吸塑贴标,可与塑料制品吸塑复合在一起,在吸塑贴标上可设计多样的图案,并具有瓷器般的光泽和硬度。

一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸塑标签,特别涉及一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的各种贴标或标签等标识都是在平面上使用的,一般采用塑料薄膜制成。这类标签在特殊形状的产品表面无法贴合,现今各种塑料产品需求较大,要求也更高,需要设计出更加多样化的图案。
发明内容
本发明提供一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标,可与塑料制品吸塑复合在一起,在吸塑贴标上可设计多样的图案,并具有瓷器般的光泽和硬度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标,所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标由底层、图案层、胶水层三层复合而成,所述的底层为PP膜, 图案层是由油墨胶水组合物涂覆在底层上干燥得到,所述油墨胶水组合物中油墨的质量含量为60-70%,胶水的含量为30-40%。
本发明将油墨和胶水组合在一起形成了图案层,图案层在吸塑后位于塑料制品内侧,而底层为塑料制品的外表面,该凹凸模内吸塑贴标使用较为广泛,可以在各种食品容器、装饰性塑料制品的表面进行复合使用。该结构和配方特殊的适用于凹凸模内吸塑,使最终得到的塑料制品具有设计的图案,并且其在塑料制品表面形成的膜光泽度更亮、更硬,看起来更接近于瓷器。
作为优选,图案层和胶水层中所述的胶水配方为:7-8%聚乙烯醇,14-16%白乳胶,5-6%硬脂酸钠,12-15%滑石粉,10-12%尿素,8-10%乙二醇,2-3%蔗糖,余量为水。蔗糖的加入有利于图案层的色彩稳定性。
作为优选,以油墨的总重量为100%计,所述油墨的配方为:水性聚氨酯50-60%、颜料10-12%、耐磨剂1-2%、助剂1-2%,余量为水。
一种所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
a、制备油墨胶水组合物,该组合物中油墨的质量含量为60-70%,胶水的含量为30-40%,将油墨和胶水混合后加热到130℃-200℃范围内保温10-15分钟,得到油墨胶水组合物;
b、采用凹版彩印机将油墨胶水组合物涂覆到PP膜上,并根据设计的图案依次涂覆不同颜色的油墨胶水组合物,得到具有设计图案的PP膜复合层,即PP膜上复合有图案层;
c、在图案层的表面涂覆胶水层,冷却后得到产品。
一种用所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标生产具有设计图案的塑料制品的方法,将所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标覆盖于具有立体结构的塑料制品的表面,在170℃-280℃的温度下进行吸塑,使凹凸模内吸塑贴标固定于塑料制品表面即可。
本发明的凹凸模内吸塑贴标,可与塑料制品吸塑复合在一起,在吸塑贴标上可设计多样的图案,并具有瓷器般的光泽和硬度。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所采用的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
本发明中采用的油墨为常规水性油墨,也可以根据生产需要选择其他成分的油墨。
实施例1:
一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标由底层、图案层、胶水层三层复合而成,所述的底层为PP膜, 图案层是由油墨胶水组合物涂覆在底层上干燥得到。该凹凸模内吸塑贴标的制备方法是:
a、制备油墨胶水组合物,该组合物中油墨的质量含量为70%,胶水的含量为30%,将油墨和胶水混合后加热到180-190℃范围内保温15分钟,得到油墨胶水组合物;
b、采用凹版彩印机将油墨胶水组合物涂覆到PP膜上,并根据设计的图案依次涂覆不同颜色的油墨胶水组合物,得到具有设计图案的PP膜复合层,即PP膜上复合有图案层;
c、在图案层的表面涂覆胶水层,冷却后得到吸塑贴标产品。
图案层和胶水层中所述的胶水配方为: 8%聚乙烯醇,16%白乳胶, 6%硬脂酸钠, 15%滑石粉, 12%尿素, 10%乙二醇, 3%蔗糖,余量为水。以油墨的总重量为100%计,所述油墨的配方为:水性聚氨酯50%、颜料10%、耐磨剂2%、助剂2%,余量为水。
实施例2:
一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标由底层、图案层、胶水层三层复合而成,所述的底层为PP膜, 图案层是由油墨胶水组合物涂覆在底层上干燥得到。该凹凸模内吸塑贴标的制备方法是:
a、制备油墨胶水组合物,该组合物中油墨的质量含量为60%,胶水的含量为30-40%,将油墨和胶水混合后加热到190℃-200℃范围内保温10分钟,得到油墨胶水组合物;
b、采用凹版彩印机将油墨胶水组合物涂覆到PP膜上,并根据设计的图案依次涂覆不同颜色的油墨胶水组合物,得到具有设计图案的PP膜复合层,即PP膜上复合有图案层;
c、在图案层的表面涂覆胶水层,冷却后得到吸塑贴标产品。
图案层和胶水层中所述的胶水配方为:7%聚乙烯醇,14%白乳胶, 6%硬脂酸钠, 15%滑石粉, 12%尿素,8%乙二醇, 3%蔗糖,余量为水。以油墨的总重量为100%计,所述油墨的配方为:水性聚氨酯55%、颜料10%、耐磨剂2%、助剂2%,余量为水。
实施例3:
一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标由底层、图案层、胶水层三层复合而成,所述的底层为PP膜, 图案层是由油墨胶水组合物涂覆在底层上干燥得到。该凹凸模内吸塑贴标的制备方法是:
a、制备油墨胶水组合物,该组合物中油墨的质量含量为65%,胶水的含量为35%,将油墨和胶水混合后加热到150℃-160℃范围内保温10-15分钟,得到油墨胶水组合物;
b、采用凹版彩印机将油墨胶水组合物涂覆到PP膜上,并根据设计的图案依次涂覆不同颜色的油墨胶水组合物,得到具有设计图案的PP膜复合层,即PP膜上复合有图案层;
c、在图案层的表面涂覆胶水层,冷却后得到吸塑贴标产品。
图案层和胶水层中所述的胶水配方为: 8%聚乙烯醇,15%白乳胶, 6%硬脂酸钠,14%滑石粉,10%尿素, 10%乙二醇,2%蔗糖,余量为水。以油墨的总重量为100%计,所述油墨的配方为:水性聚氨酯60%、颜料10%、耐磨剂2%、助剂2%,余量为水。
实施例
用上述实施例制得的凹凸模内吸塑贴标生产具有设计图案的塑料制品的方法,具体是:将所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标覆盖于具有立体结构的塑料制品的表面,在170℃-280℃的温度下进行吸塑,使凹凸模内吸塑贴标固定于塑料制品表面即可。采用的塑料制品可以是盆、碗、盘子或者花瓶等装饰品。
得到的塑料制品表面具有设计好的图案,颜色艳丽,环保,符合食品等领域的安全标准。凹凸模内吸塑贴标在塑料制品表面形成的膜,光泽度更亮、更硬,看起来更接近于瓷器,抗老化性能较好。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

Claims (5)

1.一种凹凸模内吸塑贴标,其特征在于:所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标由底层、图案层、胶水层三层复合而成,所述的底层为PP膜, 图案层是由油墨胶水组合物涂覆在底层上干燥得到,所述油墨胶水组合物中油墨的质量含量为60-70%,胶水的含量为30-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标,其特征在于:图案层和胶水层中所述的胶水配方为:7-8%聚乙烯醇,14-16%白乳胶,5-6%硬脂酸钠,12-15%滑石粉,10-12%尿素,8-10%乙二醇,2-3%蔗糖,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标,其特征在于以油墨的总重量为100%计,所述油墨的配方为:水性聚氨酯50-60%、颜料10-12%、耐磨剂1-2%、助剂1-2%,余量为水。
4.一种权利要求1所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括如下步骤:
a、制备油墨胶水组合物,该组合物中油墨的质量含量为60-70%,胶水的含量为30-40%,将油墨和胶水混合后加热到130℃-200℃范围内保温10-15分钟,得到油墨胶水组合物;
b、采用凹版彩印机将油墨胶水组合物涂覆到PP膜上,并根据设计的图案依次涂覆不同颜色的油墨胶水组合物,得到具有设计图案的PP膜复合层,即PP膜上复合有图案层;
c、在图案层的表面涂覆胶水层,冷却后得到产品。
5.一种用权利要求1所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标生产具有设计图案的塑料制品的方法,其特征在于:将所述的凹凸模内吸塑贴标覆盖于具有立体结构的塑料制品的表面,在170℃-280℃的温度下进行吸塑,使凹凸模内吸塑贴标固定于塑料制品表面即可。
