技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动制动装置,更具体地说,涉及这样一种电动制动装置,该电动制动装置可以减小制动装置的总体尺寸和重量以降低制造成本,并且可以改善在车辆内的可安装性以便于布局设计。
背景技术
近年来,为了提高燃料效率并且减少排放,已经积极进行了混合动力车辆、燃料电池车辆、电动车辆等的研发。
在这些车辆中,基本上都安装制动系统,即,车辆的制动装置,其中车辆的制动装置指的是用来停止行驶车辆或降低行驶车辆的速度的装置。
作为典型的车辆的制动装置的示例,可以给出使用车辆引擎的抽吸压力产生制动力的真空制动器和使用液压产生制动力的液压制动器。
真空制动器是通过使用车辆引擎的抽吸压力和大气压力之间的压力差使真空助力器能够利用较小的力施加较大制动力的装置。也就是,真空制动器指的是当驾驶员踩踏制动踏板时产生比施加至制动踏板的力大得多的输出的装置。
这种常规真空制动器具有的问题是,必须将车辆引擎的抽吸压力提供至真空助力器以便形成真空,由此降低了燃料效率。另外,常规真空制动器还具有即使在车辆停止时也必须连续地驱动引擎以便形成真空的问题。
另外,在燃料电池车辆和电动车辆的情况下,不存在引擎,因此,当制动车辆时,无法应用现有的真空制动器来放大驾驶员的踏板踩踏力,在混合动力车辆的情况下,当车辆停止时,必须执行怠速停止功能以便提高燃料效率,因此需要引入液压制动器。
也就是,如上所述,在所有车辆中,需要执行再生制动以便提高燃料效率,并且因此,在引入液压制动器时,可以容易地实现液压制动器的功能。
另外,作为一种液压制动器的电子液压制动系统是这样的制动系统,即,当驾驶员踩踏踏板时,电子控制单元检测该踩踏,并且制动液压被传输至每个车轮的轮缸(未示出)以由此产生制动力。

发明内容

如图1至图4所示,根据本发明的一个实施方式的电动集成制动装置大体可以包括主缸110、踏板模拟器130、马达150、泵155、阀块140和ECU(电子控制单元)160。
作为基于驾驶员对制动踏板(未示出)的操作而产生液压的部件,主缸110可以包括两个活塞,这两个活塞设置在该主缸110中从而具有两个液压回路,当将压力施加至制动踏板时,该压力可以经由与活塞同轴布置的输入杆170传输,从而可以产生液压。

根据本发明的一个实施方式的电动制动装置,上述的主缸110、踏板模拟器130、马达150、泵155、阀块140和ECU 160可以集成在单个系统单元中。在下文中,将详细描述上述各个部件的布置和组合的方法。
首先,当假定垂直于图1的Y轴布置ECU 160时,阀块140的第一主体的一个侧表面可以被布置成与ECU 160的一个侧表面的上部接触,并且马达150的侧表面可以被布置成与ECU 160的一个侧表面的下部相邻。同时,马达150的上部可以被布置成与第二主体的下部接触。
泵155可以被布置成与阀块140的第二主体的上部接触,而马达150的旋转轴方向用作纵向方向。也就是说,泵155、阀块140的上表面和马达150可以被布置成竖直地联接在一起。为了联接这种结构,马达150需要形成为中空马达,以便在其中容纳泵155的活塞,并且阀块140也可能需要具有中空部,以供泵155的活塞运动。另外,马达150的旋转运动可以通过滚珠丝杠方法转换成线性运动,从而泵155内的活塞可以在腔室内执行线性往复运动。
同时,主缸110也可以以与泵155中的方式类似的方式布置成与阀块140的第二主体的上部接触,并且在这种情况下,优选的是,主缸110的一个侧表面被布置成与阀块140的第一主体的另一个侧表面间隔开,并且泵155被布置在第一主体和主缸110之间。
另外,根据本发明的实施方式的电动制动装置可以进一步包括存储油的储油器120,并且这种储油器可以可拆卸地布置在主缸110的上侧上。
踏板模拟器130可以被布置成与主缸110的另一个侧表面接触,具体地说,主缸110可以在其一侧与泵155相邻地联接,而在其另一侧与踏板模拟器130相邻地联接。
另外,根据本发明的实施方式的电动制动装置可以进一步包括输入杆170,并且这种输入杆170可以将踏板连接至主缸110并且将踏板的压力传输到主缸110。
因而,在根据本发明的实施方式的电动集成制动装置中,主缸110、阀块140和马达150可以从上到下顺序地布置以联接在一起,并且踏板模拟器130和ECU 160可以彼此面对地布置在相互相反的方向上,以分别联接至主缸110和阀块140。
如上所述,主缸110、踏板模拟器130、马达150、泵155、阀块140和ECU 160可以集成到单个结构中,使得电动集成制动装置的体积(尺寸)和重量与传统的主助力器相比可以减小,并且ABS和CBS功能可以由单个电动集成制动装置来执行。
如上所述,根据本发明的实施方式的电动制动装置,现有的ECU、主缸、踏板模拟器、阀块、马达、泵等可以被集成到单个结构中,从而电动制动装置的尺寸和重量与现有主助力器相比可以显著减小,由此提高在车辆内的可安装性并方便在车辆内的布局设计。另外,ABS和CBS功能可以通过单个集成系统来执行。
另外,制动液压管路可以仅使用连接至车辆中的各个车轮的四个管道来形成,并且可以按照基于马达的动力需求方法来设计该电动集成制动装置,从而可以实现线性和动态制动感觉。
另外,根据本发明的实施方式的电动集成制动装置可以具有改进的响应性,并且产生的噪音比现有的传统制动装置少,从而可以实现根据驾驶员偏好的可变制动感觉。
对本领域技术人员将显而易见的是,在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下可以对本发明的上述示例性实施方式进行各种修改。因此,本发明旨在覆盖所有这种修改,只要这些修改落入所附权利要求及其等同物的范围内即可。

Claims (10)

1.一种电动集成制动装置,该电动集成制动装置包括:
主缸,该主缸基于踏板的操作而产生液压;
踏板模拟器,该踏板模拟器基于所述液压向所述踏板提供踏板踩踏力;
马达,该马达基于所述踏板的位移而被驱动;
泵,该泵基于所述马达的操作向布置在车辆的车轮侧的轮缸施加制动压力;
阀块,该阀块包括用于打开和关闭在所述主缸、所述踏板模拟器、所述泵和所述轮缸当中运动的油流的多个电磁阀,并且所述阀块包括第一主体和第二主体,所述第二主体形成在所述第一主体下方并相对于所述第一主体垂直地延伸;以及
电子控制单元ECU,该ECU控制所述马达和所述阀块,
其中,所述主缸、所述踏板模拟器、所述马达、所述泵、所述阀块和所述ECU被集成在单个结构中,
其中,所述主缸被布置成与所述第二主体的上部接触,所述主缸的一个侧表面被布置成与所述第一主体的一个侧表面间隔开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动集成制动装置,其中,所述第一主体的另一个侧表面被布置成与所述ECU的一个侧表面的上部接触,并且所述马达的侧表面被布置成与所述ECU的所述一个侧表面的下部相邻。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动集成制动装置,其中,所述马达的上部被布置成与所述第二主体的下部接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动集成制动装置,其中,所述马达被形成为用于在其中容纳所述泵的活塞的中空马达,并且所述泵被布置成与所述第二主体的上部接触,而所述马达的旋转轴方向用作纵向方向。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电动集成制动装置,其中,所述泵被布置成与所述第二主体的上部接触,并且所述泵被布置在所述第一主体与所述主缸之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电动集成制动装置,其中,存储油的储油器被布置成位于所述主缸上方。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电动集成制动装置,其中,所述储油器被可拆卸地安装。
8.根据权利要求5所述的电动集成制动装置,其中,所述踏板模拟器被布置成与所述主缸的另一个侧表面接触。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电动集成制动装置,该电动集成制动装置进一步包括:输入杆,该输入杆将所述踏板连接至所述主缸,并且将所述踏板的压力传输到所述主缸。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电动集成制动装置,其中,所述主缸、所述阀块和所述马达从上到下顺序地布置以联接在一起,并且所述踏板模拟器和所述ECU彼此面对地布置在相互相反的方向上,以分别联接至所述主缸和所述阀块。
