Description

外后视镜调整装置的驱动机构及其离合器组装体
技术领域
本发明涉及在汽车用外后视镜调整装置,更具体涉及外后视镜调整装置的驱动机构及其离合器组装体。
背景技术
为使驾驶员能够在汽车行驶时容易观察到左右侧后方的交通状况的方式,在汽车的前门前方两侧面设有外后视镜组装体。外后视镜组装体包括外壳和在外壳的一侧以能够调节角度地设置的外后视镜。此外,外壳内设有外后视镜调整装置,以能够调节外后视镜的角度。外后视镜调整装置有能通过另行设置的动力源来调节外后视镜的角度的动力驱动方式装置和能通过使用者的手直接调节外后视镜的角度的手动驱动方式装置。此外,最近的外后视镜调整装置构成为适用离合器组装体而对外后视镜的角度调节能够利用动力驱动方式和手动驱动方式。
在发明名称为“车辆用反射镜调整机构的离合器结构”、申请日为2003年11月10日、登录日为2006年05月25日的韩国专利登录第10-0585997号中公开了如下的现有的离合器结构。现有的离合器结构中包括:离合器驱动齿轮,在外周面上具备既定的齿形部并在同心部上形成内部贯通的卡盘,该卡盘以通过多数狭缝沿圆周方向分割的形态构成,在齿形部及卡盘之间下陷地形成有炸面圈(doughnut)形状的槽,从驱动电动机的输出轴经由既定的齿轮系而啮合;小齿轮(pinion gear),在一侧端部具备突起部且该突起部卡入离合器驱动齿轮的卡盘内径面上,与形成在调整部件的一侧面上的齿条齿形啮合;以及弹簧销,卡入离合器驱动机构的槽而沿半径方向施加偏向力,从而使离合器驱动齿轮的卡盘与小齿轮的突起部之间的接触面上摩擦接触及产生滑动运动。
然而,现有技术因采用整体上成为面摩擦结构的离合器结构而存在连续使用或长时间使用时产生磨耗,从而显著减少寿命的问题点。此外,现有技术有难以微细调节离合器力的缺点。
现有技术文献:专利文献,韩国 特许10-0623330(申请日:2003年12月16日)。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种外后视镜调整装置的驱动机构及其离合器组装体,以能够利用电动机动力进行外后视镜角度调节及通过手动进行外后视镜角度调节,有利于离合器力的微细调整并且起动时磨耗少而寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明首先提供如下技术方案:一种在外后视镜调整装置的驱动机构中设置在与驱动电动机连接的齿轮系和与适配器连接的内接齿轮之间的离合器组装体,上述离合器组装体包括:离合器齿轮,啮合到上述齿轮系的末端并在内周面形成有弹簧固定槽;小齿轮,具有与上述内接齿轮啮合的齿轮牙部及与上述齿轮牙部一体形成的离合器把住面部;以及左卷离合器弹簧和右卷离合器弹簧,互相以相反的卷绕方向卷绕并套在上述离合器把住面部的外周面而配置,各自具备的突起卡入上述弹簧固定槽而固定。
依据一实施例,上述小齿轮在上述齿轮牙部与上述离合器把住面部之间具备圆形的旋转导向槽,上述小齿轮中至少上述离合器把住面部和形成上述旋转导向槽的部分位于上述离合器齿轮的内周面里侧,在上述离合器齿轮的内周面形成有卡入上述旋转导向槽而允许上述离合器齿轮和上述小齿轮之间的相对旋转的导向插入凸部,上述左卷离合器弹簧及上述右卷离合器弹簧在上述离合器齿轮的内周面和上述离合器把住面部之间卷绕在上述离合器把住面部而配置。
依据一实施例,上述小齿轮具备在上述离合器把住面部的一端因阶梯差而形成的阻挡部(stopper),上述阻挡部限制包括上述左卷离合器弹簧及上述右卷离合器弹簧的弹簧组(set)的脱离。
依据一实施例,上述左卷离合器弹簧及上述右卷离合器弹簧分别具有方截面,以增大与上述离合器把住面部的接触面积。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种外后视镜调整装置的驱动机构,用于通过电动机驱动方式和手动方式中的一种方式来对与外后视镜连接的适配器进行角度调节,所述驱动机构包括:
驱动电动机;
与上述驱动电动机连接的减速齿轮系;
与上述减速齿轮系啮合的离合器组装体;以及
与上述离合器组装体啮合的内接齿轮,
上述减速齿轮系包括:形成在上述驱动电动机的轴的第一蜗杆;对上述第一蜗杆啮合的蜗轮;以及与上述蜗轮形成在同一轴线上的第二蜗杆,上述离合器组装体包括:离合器齿轮,在根据上述驱动电动机的驱动进行角度调节时
从上述减速齿轮系接受旋转动力而驱动上述内接齿轮,在手动调节上述外后视镜的角度时断开上述减速齿轮系与上述内接齿轮的动力连接,而与上述第二蜗杆啮合,在内周面形成有弹簧固定槽;小齿轮,具有与上述内接齿轮啮合的齿轮牙部及与上述齿轮牙部一体形成的离合器把住面部;以及左卷离合器弹簧和右卷离合器弹簧,互相以相反的卷绕方向卷绕并套在上述离合器把住面部的外周面而配置,突起卡入上述弹簧固定槽而固定。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明至少具有如下有益效果:依据本发明的外后视镜调整装置用离合器组装体利用左卷离合器弹簧和右卷离合器弹簧容易进行离合器力的微细调节,并使面摩擦最小而寿命长,而且设置结构简单且需要较小的设置空间,因此能对达成紧凑的外后视镜组装体作出显著贡献。此外,依据本发明的外后视镜调整装置用离合器组装体有助于减少制造费用。

下面介绍的实施例是作为能够向本领域技术人员充分传达本发明的思想的例而提供的。因而本发明不限于以下说明的实施例而能以其它形态具体化。再者方便起见附图中能够夸张地表现构成要素的宽度、长度、厚度等。
依据本发明的一实施例的离合器组装体434适用于如图1所示的驱动机构43。图示的驱动机构43在未图示的下部壳体与上部壳体之间的空间与另一驱动机构一起设置成一对。驱动机构43的输出端(本实施例中,内接齿轮的上端)使固定在外后视镜(未图示)的适配器(未图示)在一个轴线上回旋。一起利用的驱动机构在与上述轴线以90度交叉的另一轴线上使适配器回旋。因而,适配器能够沿前后左右回旋,由此,外后视镜能够沿前后左右方向调节角度。
如图1所示,上述驱动机构43包括:驱动电动机431;对上述驱动电动机431的轴旋转进行减速而在另一方向输出的减速齿轮系432;与上述减速齿轮系432啮合的离合器组装体434;以及与上述离合器组装体434啮合的内接齿轮436。内接齿轮436与未图示的适配器2连接。
上述减速齿轮系432不仅起到将旋转速度减速的作用而且将以与上述中心线平行的水平方向轴为中心的旋转变换为以垂直方向轴为中心的旋转的作用。在本实施例中,上述减速齿轮系432包括:形成在上述驱动电动机431的轴的第一蜗杆4321和与上述第一蜗杆4321啮合的蜗轮4322;以及与上述蜗轮4322形成在同一轴线上的第二蜗杆4323。
此外,上述离合器组装体434是在上述减速齿轮系432与上述内接齿轮436之间直接连接的要素,构成为:当利用驱动电动机431驱动进行角度调节时通过上述减速齿轮系432接受上述驱动电动机431的旋转动力而驱动上述内接齿轮436,使得与它连接的适配器(未图示)回旋,而在手动角度调节时断开减速齿轮系432与内接齿轮436的动力连接,允许手动起动并保护驱动电动机431。
如图2至图5所示,上述离合器组装体434包括:离合器齿轮4342,外周面的齿轮牙部与上述减速齿轮系432的输出端齿轮即第二蜗杆4323(参照图1)啮合,在内周面有一定长度的弹簧固定槽4342a;具有与上述内接齿轮436(参照图1)啮合的齿轮牙部4346a及上述齿轮牙部4346a一体形成的圆筒形的离合器把住面部4346b的小齿轮4346;以及左卷离合器弹簧4347和右卷离合器弹簧4348,互相以相反的卷绕方向卷绕并套在上述离合器把住面部4364b的外周面而配置,突起4347a、4348a卡入上述弹簧固定槽4342a而固定。
此外,上述小齿轮4346在上述齿轮牙部4646a与上述离合器把住面部4646b之间形成有圆形的旋转导向槽4346c。更具体而言,小齿轮4346的一部分形成有上述离合器把住面部4346b和上述旋转导向槽4346c的圆筒形部分位于上述离合器齿轮4342的内周面里侧,在上述离合器齿轮4342的内周面形成有卡入上述旋转导向槽4346c而允许上述离合器齿轮4342和上述小齿轮4346之间的相对旋转的导向插入凸部4342b。上述左卷离合器弹簧4347及右卷离合器弹簧4348彼此成一对并在上述离合器齿轮4342的内周面与上述小齿轮4346的圆筒形离合器把住面部4346b之间互相以相反的方向卷绕在上述圆筒形离合器把住面部4346b而配置。上述小齿轮4346具备因阶梯差而形成在圆筒形离合器把住面部4346b的一端的阻挡部4346d,上述阻挡部4346d阻止包含上述左卷离合器弹簧4347及右卷离合器弹簧4348的弹簧组脱离,并限制一定长度以上放卷而增加长度。

1.一种离合器组装体,在外后视镜调整装置的驱动机构中设置在与驱动电动机连接的齿轮系和与适配器连接的内接齿轮之间,其特征在于,所述离合器组装体包括:
离合器齿轮,啮合到上述齿轮系的末端并在内周面形成有弹簧固定槽;
小齿轮,具有与上述内接齿轮啮合的齿轮牙部及与上述齿轮牙部一体形成的离合器把住面部;以及左卷离合器弹簧和右卷离合器弹簧,互相以相反的卷绕方向卷绕并套在上述离合器把住面部的外周面而配置,各自具备的突起卡入上述弹簧固定槽而固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器组装体,其特征在于,上述小齿轮在上述齿轮牙部与上述离合器把住面部之间具备圆形的旋转导向槽,上述小齿轮中至少上述离合器把住面部和形成上述旋转导向槽的部分位于上述离合器齿轮的内周面里侧,在上述离合器齿轮的内周面形成有卡入上述旋转导向槽而允许上述离合器齿轮和上述小齿轮之间的相对旋转的导向插入凸部,上述左卷离合器弹簧及上述右卷离合器弹簧在上述离合器齿轮的内周面和上述离合器把住面部之间卷绕在上述离合器把住面部而配置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离合器组装体,其特征在于,上述小齿轮具备在上述离合器把住面部的一端因阶梯差而形成的阻挡部,上述阻挡部限制包括上述左卷离合器弹簧及上述右卷离合器弹簧的弹簧组的脱离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的离合器组装体,其特征在于,上述左卷离合器弹簧及上述右卷离合器弹簧分别具有方截面,以增大与上述离合器把住面部的接触面积。
5.一种外后视镜调整装置的驱动机构,用于通过电动机驱动方式和手动方式中的一种方式来对与外后视镜连接的适配器进行角度调节,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括:
驱动电动机;
与上述驱动电动机连接的减速齿轮系;
与上述减速齿轮系啮合的离合器组装体;以及
与上述离合器组装体啮合的内接齿轮,
上述减速齿轮系包括:形成在上述驱动电动机的轴的第一蜗杆;对上述第一蜗杆啮合的蜗轮;以及与上述蜗轮形成在同一轴线上的第二蜗杆,
上述离合器组装体包括:离合器齿轮,在根据上述驱动电动机的驱动进行角度调节时从上述减速齿轮系接受旋转动力而驱动上述内接齿轮,在手动调节上述外后视镜的角度时断开上述减速齿轮系与上述内接齿轮的动力连接,而与上述第二蜗杆啮合,在内周面形成有弹簧固定槽;小齿轮,具有与上述内接齿轮啮合的齿轮牙部及与上述齿轮牙部一体形成的离合器把住面部;以及左卷离合器弹簧和右卷离合器弹簧,互相以相反的卷绕方向卷绕并套在上述离合器把住面部的外周面而配置,突起卡入上述弹簧固定槽而固定。
