背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人民生活水平大幅度提高,伴随而来的是人们患高血糖、高血脂的机率也急速上升。在保健食品方面,降血糖、降血脂的保健食品越来越受人们的喜爱。高血脂、高胆固醇、高血压、高血糖都是现在的流行病,降血脂降血压成为一个热门话题。据统计,全世界约有1.5亿糖尿病患者,80%为非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病即II型糖尿病,其中我国有4000多万。目前对糖尿病的治疗主要有化学药物和中药治疗两种,虽然现在化学药物为主要的应用药物,但是由于中药在降血糖的同时还会对胰岛有很好的修复作用,在糖尿病治疗中有着很好的前景。由于糖尿病的终身不可愈性以及耐药性、抗药性及药品的副作用等原因,这类人群对降糖保健食品的需求量非常大。II型糖尿病又称为非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病,高血糖是其主要症状,控制血糖可明显改善并发症的发生及发展。目前市场需求一种能够长期服用的安全降糖的保健食品。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明目的在于提供一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品。该保健食品通过精心选择原料,科学组方,不仅具有降血糖的保健效果,还具有美容养颜,预防高血压、高脂血、抗氧化、延缓衰老、提高免疫力等保健作用。
实现本发明目的技术方案如下:
一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品,其原料包括黑茶、当归、杜仲、金银花、灵芝、枸杞子、远志、奇亚、香薷、菊花、桑叶、异麦芽低聚糖。
优选地,所述保健食品,以重量份计,其原料包括黑茶10-200份、当归1-10份、杜仲5-50份、金银花10-200份、灵芝5-50份、枸杞子10-150份、远志5-20份、奇亚5-100份、香薷5-50份、菊花10-200份、桑叶5-100份、异麦芽低聚糖0.1-1份。
进一步优选地,所述保健食品,以重量份计,其原料包括黑茶50-150份、当归2-8份、杜仲10-40份、金银花50-150份、灵芝10-40份、枸杞子50-120份、远志10-15份、奇亚10-80份、香薷10-40份、菊花50-150份、桑叶10-80份、异麦芽低聚糖0.2-0.8份。
较佳地,所述保健食品,以重量份计,其原料包括黑茶120份、当归3份、杜仲15份、金银花70份、灵芝15份、枸杞子80份、远志12份、奇亚50份、香薷30份、菊花85份、桑叶60份、异麦芽低聚糖0.6份。
所述重量份可以是μg、mg、g、kg等本领域公知的重量单位,也可以是其倍数,如1/10、1/100、10倍、100倍等。
上述具有降血糖功能的保健食品,其中黑茶、当归、杜仲、金银花、灵芝、枸杞子、远志、奇亚、香薷、菊花、桑叶、异麦芽低聚糖作为活性成分原料;优选地,上述保健食品其原料或辅料还包括药学上或食品上或保健食品上可接受的载体。
优选地,所述保健食品是制成口服制剂;包括:胶囊剂、颗粒剂、片剂、袋装茶剂、粉剂等;更优选为颗粒剂。
进一步优选地,所述保健食品其原料或辅料还包括微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁。
本发明还提供上述保健食品的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:按照配比称取各成分,混匀,按照常规制剂方法制备成制剂。
优选地,上述保健食品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)配料;即按配比称取所需原料(包括黑茶、当归、杜仲、金银花、灵芝、枸杞子、远志、奇亚、香薷、菊花、桑叶、异麦芽低聚糖等);
2)将当归、杜仲、灵芝、远志、奇亚、香薷混合后,加5-10倍重量的50%-90%乙醇回流提取1-3次,每次0.5-3.0小时,滤过,合并滤液,将滤液浓缩至清膏(相对密度为1.10-1.30,30℃),加入乙醇使含醇量达70%-75%,得溶液I;
3)将黑茶、金银花、枸杞子、菊花、桑叶混合后,加5-15倍重量的水煎煮1-3次,每次0.5-2小时,合并煎液,滤过,将滤液浓缩至清膏(相对密度为1.10-1.30,30℃),加乙醇使含醇量达70%-75%,得溶液II;
4)合并所述溶液I和溶液II,搅匀,静置,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至清膏(相对密度为1.10-1.30,30℃);按配方加入异麦芽低聚糖和适量辅料制成合适的剂型。优选地,加入适量微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁,制成颗粒剂。
具体地,上述保健食品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)配料;即按配比称取所需原料(包括黑茶、当归、杜仲、金银花、灵芝、枸杞子、远志、奇亚、香薷、菊花、桑叶、异麦芽低聚糖等);
2)将当归、杜仲、灵芝、远志、奇亚、香薷混合后,用70%-75%乙醇回流提取2次,第1次加入8倍重量乙醇提取3h,第2次加入6倍重量乙醇提取1h,滤过,合并滤液,将滤液浓缩至清膏(相对密度为1.10-1.30,30℃),加入乙醇使含醇量达70%-75%,得溶液I;
3)将黑茶、金银花、枸杞子、菊花、桑叶混合后,加水煎煮2次,第1次加入10倍重量水煎煮2h,第2次加入8倍重量乙醇提取1h,合并煎液,滤过,将滤液浓缩至清膏(相对密度为1.10-1.30,30℃),加乙醇使含醇量达70%-75%,得溶液II;
4)合并所述溶液I和溶液II,搅匀,静置,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至清膏(相对密度为1.10-1.30,30℃);按配方加入异麦芽低聚糖和适量辅料制成合适的剂型;优选地,加入适量微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁,制成颗粒剂。
如无特殊说明,本发明所述乙醇浓度均指体积浓度。
实验证明,本发明采用上述工艺对中药材原料进行提取,最大程度保留了中药原料的有效成份,并且提取的有效成分最易于被人体吸收,增强药物的吸收,从而避免了无效成分干扰药效的问题。
黑茶(darktea),因成品茶的外观呈黑色,故得名,为六大茶类之一,属后发酵茶。黑茶中的咖啡碱、维生素、氨基酸、磷脂等有助于人体消化,调节脂肪代谢,咖啡碱的刺激作用更能提高胃液的分泌量,从而增进食欲,帮助消化。科学检验已证明,黑茶具有很强的解油腻、消食等功能,这也是肉食民族特别喜欢这种茶的原因。另外,黑茶还能改善肠道微生物环境,具有顺肠胃的功能。我国民间有利用老黑茶治疗腹胀、痢疾、不消食的传统。同时,黑茶中的儿茶素、茶黄素、茶氨酸和茶多糖,尤其是含量较多的复杂类黄酮等都具有清除自由基的功能,因而具有抗氧化、延缓细胞衰老的作用。
当归为伞形科植物当归Angelicasinensis(Oliv.)Diels的干燥根,具有补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便之功效。常用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤。
杜仲EucommiaulmoidesOliver,又名胶木,为杜仲科植物杜仲的干燥树皮。其味甘,性温。有补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、调理冲任、固经安胎的功效。可治疗肾阳虚引起的腰腿痛或酸软无力,肝气虚引起的胞胎不固,阴囊湿痒等症。在《神农本草经》中被列为上品。现代研究杜仲具有清除体内垃圾,加强人体细胞物质代谢,防止肌肉骨骼老化,平衡人体血压,分解体内胆固醇,降低体内脂肪,恢复血管弹性,利尿清热,广谱抗菌,兴奋中枢神经,提高白血球药理作用。
金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。其对于头昏头晕、口干作渴、多汗烦闷、肠炎、菌痢、麻疹、肺炎、乙脑、流脑、急性乳腺炎、败血症、阑尾炎、皮肤感染、痈疽疔疮、丹毒、腮腺炎、化脓性扁桃体炎等病症均有一定疗效。金银花可改善微循环,清除过氧化脂肪沉积,促进新陈代谢;杜仲补气和增进脾脏功能和代谢能力低下。
灵芝具有补气安神、止咳平喘的功效,用于眩晕不眠、心悸气短、神经衰弱、虚劳咳喘,延年益寿。灵芝具有促进血液循环的作用,可以使一些细小血管的血液缓滞现象,得到显著的改善。同样,灵芝也可以加快面部一些细小的血管的血液循环,使皮肤细胞得到充分的营养物质和氧气,促进皮肤的新陈代谢。
枸杞性甘、平,归肝肾经,具有滋补肝肾,养肝明目的功效。现代医学研究证明:枸杞有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、降血脂、降血糖、降血压、补肾、保肝、明目、养颜、健脑、排毒、保护生殖系统、抗辐射损伤等十六项功能。另外,还能起到美白作用,这是因为枸杞子可以提高皮肤吸收氧分的能力。
远志PolygalatenuifoliaWilld具有安神益智、祛痰、消肿的功能,性味苦、辛、温。归经归心、肾、肺经。用于心肾不交引起的失眠多梦、健忘惊悸,神志恍惚,咳痰不爽,疮疡肿毒,乳房肿痛。
奇亚(ChiaSeed)又名奇雅子、奇亚籽,学名芡欧鼠尾草(SalviaHispanicaL.),薄荷类植物,原产地为墨西哥南部和危地马拉等北美洲地区。本发明所述奇亚,是该植物的种子——奇亚籽。奇亚它是富含omega-3脂肪酸最丰富的食物,并且含有天然抗氧化剂。除了普通的抗氧化元素(维生素E,C和卵磷脂)以外,奇亚籽内含有更丰富的天然抗氧化剂,是抗老防病防癌的必需:咖啡酸(caffeicacid)可以预防动脉硬化;绿原酸(chlorogenicacid)有效抑制癌变,并有减肥作用;其它抗氧剂如栎皮黄素(quercetin),山柰黄酮醇(kaempferol)等也是防癌,抗老化的有效物质。
香薷能发汗解表,化湿和中,利水消肿。主治:夏月感寒饮冷,头痛发热,恶寒无汗,胸痞腹痛,呕吐腹泻,水肿,脚气。既能发汗而解表,又能化湿和中而解暑,还能开宣肺气而利水消肿。功似麻黄,药力亦强,治阴寒闭暑及风水水肿最宜,故素有“夏月麻黄”之称。治急性肠胃炎、腹痛吐泻、夏秋阳暑、头痛发热、恶寒无汗、霍乱、水肿、鼻衄、口臭等症。
菊花性味味苦、甘,性微寒。归经归肺、肝经。功效散风清热,平肝明目,清热解毒。菊花能入药治病,久服或饮菊花茶能令人长寿。应用:风热感冒,温病初起;肝阳眩晕,肝风实证;目赤昏花;疮痈肿毒等。
桑叶是桑科植物桑的干燥叶,性味味苦、甘,性寒。归经归肺、肝经。功效疏散风热,清肺润燥,平肝明目,凉血止血。主治风热感冒,温病初起,肺热咳嗽,肝阳上亢眩晕,目赤昏花,血热妄行之咳血、吐血。
本发明以传统中医药学理论为指导,结合现代医学研究,从养生学角度精心选择原料,科学组方,达到降血糖的保健效果,另外还具有养颜美容、颐养生命、增强体质、预防疾病、延年益寿的保健功能。本发明注重人体整体的调理和内在的调理,结合养生学研制出的保健食品不仅具有降血糖的保健效果,还能够促进人体的健康长寿。
本发明组方原则:以黑茶、枸杞子为君,以灵芝、杜仲、菊花为臣,以当归、金银花、桑叶为佐,以远志、奇亚、香薷、异麦芽低聚糖为使,以辅助提高产品降血糖的功效。诸药合用,共奏清热止渴、养阴生津、滋阴润燥并兼有润肺、清胃、滋肾之功效;并具益气活血,排毒养颜之功效,可爽肤润肤,悦泽颜面。本发明精选原料调理人体五脏,综合作用达到消渴降糖的保健效果。其中通过调理心脏使心气旺盛,心血充盈;肝主藏血,通过调理肝脏使气血平和;脾为后天之本,气血生化之源;通过调理脾胃,使其功能健运,气血旺盛;肺主皮毛,通过调理肺使气血津液得以布散全身;肾主藏精,通过调理肾脏,使肾精充盈,肾气旺盛时,五脏功能也将正常运行,气血旺盛,健体强身。
本发明保健食品是一种以追求时尚的、又兼顾传统的品饮方式,来达到在惬意中有益于中老年和亚健康人群保健的目的。本发明保健食品作用温和,药效稳定,无毒副作用,适合长期饮用。研究发现,长期服用本发明保健食品还具有预防高血压、高脂血、抗氧化、延缓衰老、提高免疫力等保健作用。

4)合并所述溶液I和溶液II,搅匀,静置,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至清膏(相对密度为1.10,30℃);按配方加入异麦芽低聚糖,制得活性混合物;取该活性混合物100份,添加麦芽糊精12.5份、微晶纤维素55.5份,混合均匀,加适量乙醇溶液制软材,16目筛制粒,60℃干燥,12目筛整粒即颗粒剂。

一种黑茶颗粒剂,其活性成分仅为黑茶;其制备方法与实施例9相同(但原料不包括黑茶之外的中药材和异麦芽低聚糖)。
实验例降血糖功能实验
1、试验人群:选择100名成年Ⅱ型糖尿病人,年龄18-65岁,男女各半。受试者纳入标准为,选择年龄18-65岁,饮食控制或口服降糖药治疗后病情稳定,不需要更换药物品种及剂量,仅服用维持量的成年Ⅱ型糖尿病人,空腹血糖≥7.8mmol/L或餐后2h血糖≥11.1mmol/L。
2、试验设计与分组:按受试者血糖水平、性别、年龄、病程、服药种类均衡随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50人。
3、试验方法:实验组每天服用本发明实施例9所制备样品,剂量为每日2次,每次1袋(20g/袋),开水冲泡后饮用。对照组服用对比例制备的黑茶颗粒剂,对照组服用剂量及方法与实验组相同。试验周期30天。试验前对每一受试者按性别、年龄、不同劳动强度、理想体重,参照原来生活习惯规定相应的饮食,试验期间各组坚持饮食控制,原用药物种类和剂量不变。
4、功效观察:观察受试者试验期间临床症状,并测定空腹血糖、餐后血糖和尿糖。

6、结论
实验组服用本发明实施例9样品对于高血糖症的主要临床症状有明显改善作用;实验组空腹血糖、餐后血糖及尿糖,试食前后自身比较及实验组与对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,本发明产品具有降血糖的保健作用。
本实验例中采取颗粒剂的剂型,使药物服用简单便利,有效的提高了药物的吸收及利用,此外,本发明采取的是纯天然药物,不添加任何的有毒添加剂及成瘾性药物,不会抑制食欲,不会导致腹泻,无毒副作用,不成瘾。实验时还发现,大部分实验组受试者的体重有所减轻,且血脂、血压有不同程度降低,消化均有改善,精神面貌显著改善,提示本发明还具有降血脂、降血压及减肥等保健作用。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品,其特征在于,其原料包括黑茶、当归、杜仲、金银花、灵芝、枸杞子、远志、奇亚、香薷、菊花、桑叶、异麦芽低聚糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品,其特征在于,以重量份计,其原料包括黑茶10-200份、当归1-10份、杜仲5-50份、金银花10-200份、灵芝5-50份、枸杞子10-150份、远志5-20份、奇亚5-100份、香薷5-50份、菊花10-200份、桑叶5-100份、异麦芽低聚糖0.1-1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保健食品,其特征在于,以重量份计,其原料包括黑茶50-150份、当归2-8份、杜仲10-40份、金银花50-150份、灵芝10-40份、枸杞子50-120份、远志10-15份、奇亚10-80份、香薷10-40份、菊花50-150份、桑叶10-80份、异麦芽低聚糖0.2-0.8份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保健食品,其特征在于,以重量份计,其原料包括黑茶120份、当归3份、杜仲15份、金银花70份、灵芝15份、枸杞子80份、远志12份、奇亚50份、香薷30份、菊花85份、桑叶60份、异麦芽低聚糖0.6份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的保健食品,其特征在于,其原料或辅料还包括药学上或食品上或保健食品上可接受的载体。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品是制成口服制剂;包括:胶囊剂、颗粒剂、片剂、袋装茶剂、粉剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品其原料或辅料还包括微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)配料;
2)将当归、杜仲、灵芝、远志、奇亚、香薷混合后,加5-10倍重量的50%-90%乙醇回流提取1-3次,每次0.5-3.0小时,滤过,合并滤液,将滤液浓缩至清膏,加入乙醇使含醇量达70%-75%,得溶液I;
3)将黑茶、金银花、枸杞子、菊花、桑叶混合后,加5-15倍重量的水煎煮1-3次,每次0.5-2小时,合并煎液,滤过,将滤液浓缩至清膏,加乙醇使含醇量达70%-75%,得溶液II;
4)合并所述溶液I和溶液II,搅匀,静置,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至清膏;按配方加入异麦芽低聚糖和适量辅料制成合适的剂型;优选地,加入适量微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁,制成颗粒剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)配料;
2)将当归、杜仲、灵芝、远志、奇亚、香薷混合后,用70%-75%乙醇回流提取2次,第1次加入8倍重量乙醇提取3h,第2次加入6倍重量乙醇提取1h,滤过,合并滤液,将滤液浓缩至清膏,加入乙醇使含醇量达70%-75%,得溶液I;
3)将黑茶、金银花、枸杞子、菊花、桑叶混合后,加水煎煮2次,第1次加入10倍重量水煎煮2h,第2次加入8倍重量乙醇提取1h,合并煎液,滤过,将滤液浓缩至清膏,加乙醇使含醇量达70%-75%,得溶液II;
4)合并所述溶液I和溶液II,搅匀,静置,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至清膏;按配方加入异麦芽低聚糖和适量辅料制成合适的剂型;优选地,加入适量微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁,制成颗粒剂。
