提出了一种针对驱动系区段的连接轴的轴支承装置。该轴支承装置包括针对滚动轴承,尤其是针对转动轴承和/或向心轴承的壳体。优选的是,滚动轴承能够布置在壳体中,尤其能够整合在壳体中。可选地,轴支承装置包括滚动轴承。

通过形状锁合的连接能够实现将第一和第二法兰部件简单、快速且可靠地拼装成壳体。由此,即使在结构空间小的情况下也能够对壳体进行简单且快速地装配。可以省去附加的构件,尤其是附加的紧固机构。这可以有助于降低装配时间以及节省成本。
壳体包括塑料材料和/或由该塑料材料构成。尤其是,第一和第二法兰部件构造为全塑料部件。在此的优势在于,壳体例如能够以注塑法简单地制造。尤其是,可以对两个法兰部件很大程度上自由地设计出它们的紧固接口以及紧固配对接口,并且在共同的制造步骤中制成。可以取消附加的制造步骤,例如尤其是在金属部件中常见的变形工艺。由于壳体由塑料制成的设计方案,该壳体相对而言具有小的重量,这尤其是在整合到车辆中的情况下可以有利地影响燃料消耗。

2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系区段(100),其特征在于,所述紧固接口(7)成形和/或整合在所述法兰部件(2;3)中的一个法兰部件上或中,而所述紧固配对接口(8)成形和/或整合在所述法兰部件(2;3)中的另一法兰部件上或中。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的驱动系区段(100),其特征在于,所述第一法兰部件(2)具有第一容纳区段(51),而所述第二法兰部件具有第二容纳区段(53),其中,所述第一容纳区段和第二容纳区段(51;53)在连接两个法兰部件(2;3)时彼此补充并且共同形成针对所述滚动轴承(104)的容纳部(5)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的驱动系区段(100),其特征在于,所述滚动轴承(104)以能转动和/或能摆动的方式布置在所述容纳部(5)中。
5.根据权利要求3或者4所述的驱动系区段(100),其特征在于,所述第一容纳区段和/或第二容纳区段(51;53)至少部分地和/或区段式地具有球面状的和/或凸球状的容纳轮廓(52;54),从而所述容纳部(5)在两个法兰部件(2;3)的连接状态下具有球面状的和/或凸球状的总容纳轮廓。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的驱动系区段(100),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)具有撑脚(4),其中,所述撑脚(4)具有至少一个缺口和/或至少一个留空部(6)用以引导紧固机构穿过,其中,所述紧固机构被构造成用于将所述壳体(1)紧固在周围结构(9)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的驱动系区段(100),其特征在于,所述法兰部件(2;3)中的仅一个法兰部件包括所述撑脚(4)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的驱动系区段(100),其特征在于,所述撑脚(4)两件式地构造,并且具有第一撑脚区段(41)和第二撑脚区段(42),其中,所述第一法兰部件(2)包括所述第一撑脚区段(41),而所述第二法兰部件(3)包括所述第二撑脚区段(42),其中,两个撑脚区段(41;42)在所述法兰部件(2;3)的连接状态下拼合成所述撑脚(4)。
