Claims (10)
- 구상 베어링 영역(16) 및 축방향(4)으로 관통되는 장착 개구(5)를 가진 볼 슬리브(3)를 포함하고, 볼 슬리브가 베어링 영역(16)에 의해 활주 이동 가능하게 볼 소켓(2) 내에 지지되어 볼 소켓과 함께 외측 슬리브(7) 안에 배치됨으로써, 볼 슬리브(3)가 외측 슬리브(7) 양측으로부터 축방향(4)으로 연장되는, 볼 슬리브 조인트(1) 제조 방법에 있어서,
응고 가능한 재료가 볼 소켓(2)과 외측 슬리브(7) 사이의 환형 중간 공간(17) 안에 사출되고, 볼 슬리브(3)와 볼 소켓(2)으로 형성된 어셈블리가 응고 가능한 재료의 경화에 의해 외측 슬리브(7)와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 볼 슬리브 조인트(1)는 그의 외측 슬리브(7)로써 상기 외측 슬리브(7)의 직경의 축소 하에 수용부(20) 안에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외측 슬리브(7) 안에서 볼 슬리브(3)와 볼 소켓(2)로 형성된 어셈블리의 축방향 고정을 위해 외측 슬리브(7)의 하나 이상의 축방향 단부(8)가 적어도 국부적으로 반경방향 안쪽을 향해 형성되고 재료로 오버몰딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외측 슬리브(7) 양 측면 및 축방향 외측에, 밀봉 벨로우즈들(14, 15)의 고정을 위한 환형 홈들(10, 11)을 가진 고정 견부들(12, 13)이 재료의 사출을 통해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 볼 소켓(2)은 베어링 영역(16)에 스냅 방식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 구상 베어링 영역(16) 및 축방향(4)으로 관통되는 장착 개구(5)를 가진 볼 슬리브(3)를 포함하고, 볼 슬리브가 베어링 영역(16)에 의해 활주 이동 가능하게 볼 소켓(2) 내에 지지되어 볼 소켓과 함께 외측 슬리브(7) 안에 배치됨으로써, 볼 슬리브(3)가 외측 슬리브(7) 양측으로부터 축방향(4)으로 연장되는, 볼 슬리브 조인트에 있어서,
볼 소켓(2)과 외측 슬리브(7) 사이의 환형 중간 공간(17) 안에 응고 가능한 재료가 사출됨으로써 중실 바디(6)가 형성되고, 볼 슬리브(3)와 볼 소켓(2)로 형성된 어셈블리가 상기 중실 바디에 의해 외측 슬리브(7) 안에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트. - 제6항에 있어서, 외측 슬리브(7)는 그 직경이 축소되면서 소켓(20) 안에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 외측 슬리브(7)의 하나 이상의 축방향 단부(8)가 적어도 국부적으로 반경방향 안쪽을 향해 형성되고 재료로 오버몰딩됨에 따라, 볼 슬리브(3)와 볼 소켓(2)으로 형성된 어셈블리가 외측 슬리브(7) 안에 축방향으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 중실 바디(6)는, 외측 슬리브(7)의 양 측면 및 축방향 외측에 배치되고 재료의 사출성형 시 형성되며 환형 홈들(10, 11)을 가진 고정 견부들(12, 13)을 포함하고, 상기 환형 홈들에 밀봉 벨로우즈들(14, 15)이 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 볼 소켓(2)은 베어링 영역(16)에 스냅 방식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼 슬리브 조인트.
