背景技术
近年来，伴随着医疗水平的提高与抗生素的普及应用，剖宫产手术术后的切口感染率逐渐降低，然而，随着人们生活水平的提高，肥胖人群越来越多，伴随的糖尿病患者也逐渐增多，加上外科手术中高频电刀的广泛应用，这些因素都或多或少的影响着手术切口的愈合，切口难以愈合或者愈合过慢给患者心理和生理带来极大的伤害，并且加重了经济负担，同时容易引起患者与医护人员之间的矛盾，因此，对术后切口愈合的不良问题成为我们迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种治疗剖宫产术后腹部切口硬结的药贴，该药贴止痛、消肿快，换药简便，起到切口消肿及止痛功效，可以大大减少病人的痛苦时间。
本发明技术方案包括：
一种治疗剖宫产术后腹部切口硬结的药贴，它是由以下重量份配比的中药原料制作而成：穿心莲10～20份、丁香10～20份、石菖蒲10～20份、枳实15～25份、当归15～25份、冰片15～25份、樟脑5～10份、鱼腥草40～60份、茜草20～40份、白芷20～40份、桂枝10～20份、炙甘草10～20份、大黄20～40份、芒硝20～40份、蒲公英15～25份、柴胡5～10份、黄岑5～10份、知母15～25份、益母草15～25份。
作为本发明的一个优选方案，上述各中药原料的重量份配比为：穿心莲15份、丁香15份、石菖蒲15份、枳实20份、当归20份、冰片20份、樟脑8份、鱼腥草50份、茜草30份、白芷30份、桂枝15份、炙甘草15份、大黄30份、芒硝30份、蒲公英20份、柴胡8份、黄岑8份、知母20份、益母草20份。
上述药贴的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a按下述重量份称取中药原料：
穿心莲10～20份、丁香10～20份、石菖蒲10～20份、枳实15～25份、当归15～25份、冰片15～25份、樟脑5～10份、鱼腥草40～60份、茜草20～40份、白芷20～40份、桂枝10～20份、炙甘草10～20份、大黄20～40份、芒硝20～40份、蒲公英15～25份、柴胡5～10份、黄岑5～10份、知母15～25份、益母草15～25份；
b取上述重量份的穿心莲、丁香、黄岑、鱼腥草、炙甘草和蒲公英，放置于粉碎机中粉碎成粗粉，将茜草、枳实、大黄过80目筛粉碎成细粉一；
c将步骤b中的粗粉加入乙醇中进行回流提取，所述乙醇的纯度为99.9％，所述乙醇的加入量为所述粗粉重量的3～5倍，提取温度为50～70℃，提取三次后合并滤液，并将所得滤液浓缩为相对密度为1.1～1.3的稠膏；

e将细粉一、细粉二与步骤c所得稠膏混合，并将上述重量份的冰片、益母草加入到混合物中，边搅拌边向该混合物中加入童子尿，压片并装入麻布袋中，即得药贴。
本发明的药理及有益效果：
穿心莲具有清热解毒、消炎、消肿止痛之功效；丁香具有抗菌消炎、抗病毒之功效；石菖蒲具有开窍、豁痰、理气、活血、散风、去湿之功效；枳实具有破气消积，化痰散痞之功效；当归具有补血活血、调经止痛之功效；冰片具有开窍醒神、清热散毒之功效；樟脑具有消肿止痛的功效，鱼腥草具有清热解毒，消炎排脓，利尿通淋之功效，茜草具有凉血活血、祛瘀、通经之功效，白芷具有祛风发表、散寒燥湿之功效；桂枝具有活血、化瘀之功效；炙甘草具有益气滋阴、通阳复脉之功效；大黄具有泻热通肠、凉血解毒之功效，芒硝具有泻热、润燥、软坚之功效；蒲公英具有净血功效，根则具有消炎作用；柴胡具有透表泄热、疏肝解郁、升举阳气之功效；黄岑具有清热燥湿之功效；知母具有清热泻火、生津润燥之功效；益母草具有活血之功效。上述诸味药经辨证配伍，共奏活血化瘀、消肿止痛之功效。
采用上述方法制备药贴，其中，芒硝的主要成分为硫酸钠，具有高渗吸水的作用，能够达到清热、消肿、止痛、收敛的功效，可以很好的吸收伤口中的渗液，从而使伤口变干燥，同时对网状内皮系统起到很好的抑制作用，发挥抗感染效果；将茜草、枳实、大黄过80目筛粉碎成细粉一，并将细粉一通过乙醇提取三次，可将茜草、枳实、大黄中的组分完全提取出来，三者联合，能够活血化瘀、改善血液的粘度及流速，进而使血流加速、毛细管开放，促进血液循环；最后细粉一、细粉二、膏剂与冰片、益母草和童子尿混合，童子尿气味咸、寒、无毒且降火迅速，它作为引子，与其它具有活血化瘀的药物联合，可加快伤口周围血液的循环，达到促使切口尽快愈合的目的。
临床资料
1、病例选择：随机选择80例剖宫产手术后且腹部切口的就诊者，年龄最小的25岁，年龄最大的38岁；
2、临床主症：腹部切口在剖宫产术后2-5d开始疼痛，检查发现切口红肿，周围触之有硬结，挤压伤口有淡黄色液体(伴随脂肪滴或血性液体)渗出，白细胞通常正常；
3、治疗方法：外用，贴覆于伤处，用绷带包扎，每48小时换药一次；
4、注意事项：饮食上忌辛辣、生冷、油腻食物，破皮处和皮肤病处不能贴覆；
5、疗效判断标准：(以贴覆7天为一个疗程)
治愈：症状全部消失；
显效：症状基本消失；
有效：症状减轻；
无效：症状在治疗前后无变化。
6、治疗效果
如表1所示，采用本发明药物治疗4个疗程，治愈75例，显效2例，有效3例，无效0例，总有效率100％。

7、典型病例
病例一、
陈女士，36岁，教师，2011年6月就诊。主诉：剖腹产后2天切口处疼痛且发痒。检查：切口处红肿且触摸周围有硬结。治疗：将切口进行常规碘伏消毒后，覆盖4-6层无菌纱布，然后将本发明药贴贴在切口处，期间每隔一天询问患者有无发痒症状或其它不适，患者无不适感，7天更换一次药贴，在三个疗程之后，患者痊愈，疗效判定：痊愈。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
分别称取穿心莲10g、丁香10g、石菖蒲10g、枳实15g、当归25g、冰片15g、樟脑10g、鱼腥草40g、茜草40g、白芷20g、桂枝10g、炙甘草20g、大黄20g、芒硝20g、蒲公英15g、柴胡5g、黄岑5g、知母15g、益母草25g。
上述药贴的制作方法：
第一步、取上述重量份的穿心莲、丁香、黄岑、鱼腥草、炙甘草和蒲公英，放置于粉碎机中粉碎成粗粉，将茜草、枳实、大黄过80目筛粉碎成细粉一；
第二步、将第一步中的粗粉加入乙醇中进行回流提取，乙醇的纯度为99.9％，乙醇的加入量为粗粉重量的3～5倍，提取温度为50℃，提取三次后合并滤液，并将所得滤液浓缩为相对密度为1.1～1.3的稠膏；
第三步、将上述重量份的石菖蒲、当归、樟脑、白芷、桂枝、芒硝、柴胡、知母放置于粉碎机中粉碎，过90目筛粉碎成细粉二；

上述药贴的使用方法：先用常规的碘伏进行消毒，消毒后覆盖4层无菌纱布，然后敷药，包扎，并可辅以夹板外固定，每24小时观察一次，如患者出现不适感，则换药，否则7天换一次药。

分别称取穿心莲10g、丁香20g、石菖蒲20g、枳实15g、当归25g、冰片25g、樟脑5g、鱼腥草40g、茜草40g、白芷20g、桂枝10g、炙甘草20g、大黄20g、芒硝20g、蒲公英15g、柴胡5g、黄岑5g、知母25g、益母草15g。
上述药贴的制作方法：
第一步、取上述重量份的穿心莲、丁香、黄岑、鱼腥草、炙甘草和蒲公英，放置于粉碎机中粉碎成粗粉，将茜草、枳实、大黄过80目筛粉碎成细粉一；
第二步、将第一步中的粗粉加入乙醇中进行回流提取，乙醇的纯度为99.9％，乙醇的加入量为粗粉重量的3～5倍，提取温度为70℃，提取三次后合并滤液，并将所得滤液浓缩为相对密度为1.1～1.3的稠膏；
第三步、将上述重量份的石菖蒲、当归、樟脑、白芷、桂枝、芒硝、柴胡、知母放置于粉碎机中粉碎，过90目筛粉碎成细粉二；
第四步、将细粉一、细粉二与第二步所得稠膏混合，并将上述重量份的冰片、益母草加入到混合物中，边搅拌边向该混合物中加入童子尿(去头去尾用中间)，压片并装入麻布袋中，即得药贴。
上述药贴的使用方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3：
分别称取穿心莲15g、丁香15g、石菖蒲15g、枳实20g、当归20g、冰片20g、樟脑8g、鱼腥草50g、茜草30g、白芷30g、桂枝15g、炙甘草15g、大黄30g、芒硝30g、蒲公英20g、柴胡8g、黄岑8g、知母20g、益母草20g。
上述药贴的制作方法：
第一步、取上述重量份的穿心莲、丁香、黄岑、鱼腥草、炙甘草和蒲公英，放置于粉碎机中粉碎成粗粉，将茜草、枳实、大黄过80目筛粉碎成细粉一；
第二步、将第一步中的粗粉加入乙醇中进行回流提取，乙醇的纯度为99.9％，乙醇的加入量为粗粉重量的5倍，提取温度为60℃，提取三次后合并滤液，并将所得滤液浓缩为相对密度为1.1～1.3的稠膏；
第三步、将上述重量份的石菖蒲、当归、樟脑、白芷、桂枝、芒硝、柴胡、知母放置于粉碎机中粉碎，过90目筛粉碎成细粉二；
第四步、将细粉一、细粉二与第二步所得稠膏混合，并将上述重量份的冰片、益母草加入到混合物中，边搅拌边向该混合物中加入童子尿(去头去尾用中间)，压片并装入麻布袋中，即得药贴。
上述药贴的使用方法与实施例1相同。

实施例5：
分别称取穿心莲20g、丁香10g、石菖蒲15g、枳实15g、当归20g、冰片15g、樟脑10g、鱼腥草40g、茜草40g、白芷20g、桂枝15g、炙甘草15g、大黄30g、芒硝20g、蒲公英25g、柴胡8g、黄岑10g、知母15g、益母草25g。
上述药贴的制备方法、使用方法与实施例1相同。
实施例6：
分别称取穿心莲15g、丁香15g、石菖蒲20g、枳实25g、当归20g、冰片20g、樟脑5g、鱼腥草50g、茜草30g、白芷30g、桂枝10g、炙甘草20g、大黄20g、芒硝20g、蒲公英25g、柴胡5g、黄岑8g、知母15g、益母草25g。
上述药贴的制备方法、使用方法与实施例1相同。

1.一种治疗剖宫产术后腹部切口硬结的药贴，其特征在于它是由以下重量份配比的中药原料制作而成：穿心莲10～20份、丁香10～20份、石菖蒲10～20份、枳实15～25份、当归15～25份、冰片15～25份、樟脑5～10份、鱼腥草40～60份、茜草20～40份、白芷20～40份、桂枝10～20份、炙甘草10～20份、大黄20～40份、芒硝20～40份、蒲公英15～25份、柴胡5～10份、黄岑5～10份、知母15～25份、益母草15～25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗剖宫产术后腹部切口硬结的药贴，其特征在于各中药原料的重量份配比为：穿心莲15份、丁香15份、石菖蒲15份、枳实20份、当归20份、冰片20份、樟脑8份、鱼腥草50份、茜草30份、白芷30份、桂枝15份、炙甘草15份、大黄30份、芒硝30份、蒲公英20份、柴胡8份、黄岑8份、知母20份、益母草20份。
3.一种制备剖宫产术后腹部切口硬结的药贴的方法，其特征在于：该方法包括以下步骤：
a按下述重量份称取中药原料：
穿心莲10～20份、丁香10～20份、石菖蒲10～20份、枳实15～25份、当归15～25份、冰片15～25份、樟脑5～10份、鱼腥草40～60份、茜草20～40份、白芷20～40份、桂枝10～20份、炙甘草10～20份、大黄20～40份、芒硝20～40份、蒲公英15～25份、柴胡5～10份、黄岑5～10份、知母15～25份、益母草15～25份；
b取上述重量份的穿心莲、丁香、黄岑、鱼腥草、炙甘草和蒲公英，放置于粉碎机中粉碎成粗粉，将茜草、枳实、大黄过80目筛粉碎成细粉一；
c将步骤b中的粗粉加入乙醇中进行回流提取，所述乙醇的纯度为99.9％，所述乙醇的加入量为所述粗粉重量的3～5倍，提取温度为50～70℃，提取三次后合并滤液，并将所得滤液浓缩为相对密度为1.1～1.3的稠膏；
d将上述重量份的石菖蒲、当归、樟脑、白芷、桂枝、芒硝、柴胡、知母放置于粉碎机中粉碎，过90目筛粉碎成细粉二；
e将细粉一、细粉二与步骤c所得稠膏混合，并将上述重量份的冰片、益母草加入到混合物中，边搅拌边向该混合物中加入未满12岁的童子尿，压片并装入麻布袋中，即得药贴。
