背景技术

中医认为，心律失常属中医心悸、怔忡、晕厥范畴，其病因主要为“瘀”、“热”、“虚”三个方面，“瘀”为淤血内阻，心脉不畅；“热”为血分蕴热，与淤胶结难解；“虚”为气虚、阴虚，涉及心、脾、肝、肾四脏。故宜以补脾补肾、平肝宁心、通脉祛瘀为治则。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗心律失常的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，其中男44例，女36例，年龄12～78岁。病程最短者3个月，最长者达10年，平均2年。
二、临床症状：
头昏乏力、心悸不安、胸压不适，多伴有昏厥、气急失眠、休克等症状。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，五天一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、痊愈：症状消失，心电图正常；
2、显效：临床症状明显改善或消失，心电图正常或基本正常；
3、有效；临床症状有所减轻，心电图较之前有所改善；
4、无效：临床症状无改善，心电图亦无改变。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-12个疗程，痊愈49例，显效16例，有效7例，无效8例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：黄某，男，16岁。体态瘦弱，疲倦怠动，脸颊异红，额头有密集青春痘，近期出现心慌、气短、头痛等症状，并伴有恶心欲吐，入睡难，烦躁多梦等。心电图检查诊为：心律失常。服用本发明的中药组合物2个疗程后脸色正常，青春痘结痂减少，心慌、气短、头痛的症状明显改善；继续服用2个疗程，青春痘消失，精神良好，所有症状完全消失，痊愈。
病例2：钱某，女，52岁。患者自述：近一个月心悸胸闷，气短乏力，食欲不佳，有时恶心欲吐，时有胸痛，痛如针刺，向背后及上肢放射。诊见：舌质红，苔黄厚，脉细沉无力。心电图检查诊为：心律失常。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，胸闷心悸症状明显改善，食欲见佳，胸痛发作频率降低；继续服用3个疗程，各症状消失，心电图检查正常，痊愈。

1.一种治疗心律失常的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：太子参10-30份，麦冬10-20份，女贞子10-20份，麻黄5-15份，白蒺藜10-30份，五加皮5-15份，桂枝10-20份，莲子10-20份，马勃5-15份，乳香5-15份，青风藤10-20份，旱莲草10-20份，栝楼皮5-15份，柏子仁10-30份，五味子10-20份，红花5-15份，党参10-20份，百合10-20份，佛手5-15份，鹿衔草10-20份，黄精10-20份，檀香10-30份，龙齿10-20份，菊花10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗心律失常的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：太子参20份，麦冬15份，女贞子15份，麻黄10份，白蒺藜20份，五加皮10份，桂枝15份，莲子15份，马勃10份，乳香10份，青风藤15份，旱莲草15份，栝楼皮10份，柏子仁20份，五味子15份，红花10份，党参15份，百合15份，佛手10份，鹿衔草15份，黄精15份，檀香20份，龙齿15份，菊花15份，甘草10份。
