本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗心律失常的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例56例，其中男30例，女26例，年龄20～65岁。病程最短者3个月，最长者达8年，平均1年。
二、诊断标准：
1、临床表现常见症状为心悸、乏力、头晕，严重可出现晕厥阿斯综合症；
2、心电图表现窦性心动过缓(窦缓)，心室率每分钟多为45-60次，也可低于40次；
3、心电图表现窦性停搏时间较长可有昏厥；早搏病人常有心脏“突、突”地跳出胸腔的心慌感或心脏停跳的感觉，脉搏则有间断的缺如，脉搏次数少于心跳；
4、阵发性心动过速是阵发性发作，突然发作，突然消失，可反复发作，发作时心跳每分钟可达150-220次，可有心悸，心前区不适，眩晕，发作时间可持续数分钟至数小时，甚至数天；
5、心房颤动可有心跳不规则、脉搏快慢强弱不一，次数少于心跳；房室传导阻滞可有心跳脱汇、心率变慢或心跳暂停，甚至每分钟心跳仅有20-40次，出现昏厥、抽搐。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，5天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：症状消失，心电图恢复正常；
2、好转：自觉症状改善，心律失常发作次数及频率较前明显减少；
3、未愈：症状和体征无明显改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，治愈37例，好转15例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：李某，男，55岁。就诊时自述4年前患有高血压，期间服用降压药，症状有所缓解。两周前总是出现胸闷气喘的现象，而且整个人非常的头晕，心悸发慌，少寐多梦。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，自觉不适感减轻，睡眠质量提高，胸闷感减轻；继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，心电图恢复正常，治愈。随访半年无复发。
病例2：周某，女，44岁。就诊时自述初起时活动后出现心慌胸闷的症状，持续1小时左右症状消退，反复发作。经心电图检查，诊断为：心律失常。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，心慌胸闷症状显著减轻，发作频率明显减少；续服4个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗心律失常的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪10-30份，柏子仁10-20份，罗布麻10-20份，麦冬10-20份，菊花5-15份，太子参10-20份，钩藤10-20份，合欢皮10-20份，红花5-15份，陈皮10-20份，百合10-20份，血风藤10-20份，五味子5-15份，昙花10-20份，刺五加10-20份，回心草5-15份，石龙刍10-20份，夜交藤10-20份，三果木皮5-15份，枸杞10-20份，茯苓10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗心律失常的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪20份，柏子仁15份，罗布麻15份，麦冬15份，菊花10份，太子参15份，钩藤15份，合欢皮15份，红花10份，陈皮15份，百合15份，血风藤15份，五味子10份，昙花15份，刺五加15份，回心草10份，石龙刍15份，夜交藤15份，三果木皮10份，枸杞15份，茯苓15份，甘草10份。
