一种治疗产后出血的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：益母草25g，刺五加12g，大枣18g，花蕊石8g，马齿苋18g，川牛膝12g，仙茅18g，槐花8g，仙鹤草18g，月季花12g，五灵脂13g，磁石12g，女贞子18g，泽兰8g，桃仁18g，生地黄12g，肉桂13g，荷叶12g，天花粉18g，三七8g，海螵蛸18g，石菖蒲12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗产后出血的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例73例，年龄20～48岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、阴道出血量多急迫，大多发生在产后24小时内；
2、严重者血压骤降，甚至肢冷、汗出、神昏等症；
3、多见于子宫收缩乏力、胎盘滞留。排除软产道损伤；
4、应与血液病，如再生障碍性贫血、血小板减少症、白血病等所致的出血相鉴别。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用。三天一个疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：出血停止，临床症状消失；
2、有效：出血明显减少，临床症状改善；
3、无效：出血仍不止，病情恶化者。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-10个疗程，治愈49例，有效18例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：宋某，23岁。生产产程长，出血量大，产后贫血，产后10天下身出血量突然增多，服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程后，出血量减少至正常；继续服用1个疗程，下身恶露一并消失，治愈。
病例2：王某，32岁，头胎，剖腹产，产后第二周出血量增大，下腹有痛感及发热，服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，出血量稳定至正常值，发热及痛感消失；续服1个疗程后，各症状消失；巩固服用1个疗程后，各种症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗产后出血的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：益母草10-30份，刺五加10-20份，大枣10-20份，花蕊石5-15份，马齿苋10-20份，川牛膝10-20份，仙茅10-20份，槐花5-15份，仙鹤草10-20份，月季花10-20份，五灵脂5-15份，磁石10-20份，女贞子10-20份，泽兰5-15份，桃仁10-20份，生地黄10-20份，肉桂5-15份，荷叶10-20份，天花粉10-20份，三七5-15份，海螵蛸10-20份，石菖蒲10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗产后出血的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：益母草20份，刺五加15份，大枣15份，花蕊石10份，马齿苋15份，川牛膝15份，仙茅15份，槐花10份，仙鹤草15份，月季花15份，五灵脂10份，磁石15份，女贞子15份，泽兰10份，桃仁15份，生地黄15份，肉桂10份，荷叶15份，天花粉15份，三七10份，海螵蛸15份，石菖蒲15份，甘草10份。
