1、夫妻同居一年以上，性生活正常，未采取任何避孕措施而不育，经检查排除女方因素者；
2、精液检查异常指：①精子密度<60％；②精子活力a级加b级<60％；③精子成活率<60％。以上三项具备一项即可确诊。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，10天一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
(1)治愈：少精症治疗后精子密度≥20×109/L，弱精症精子活动力a级加b级≥50%或a级≥25%，成活率1h≥60%；或治疗后女方怀孕；
(2)好转：少精症治疗后精子密度提升≥15%，弱精症治疗后精子活力a加b级或a级提升≥5%，成活率1h提升≥15%；
(3)未愈：治疗后精子密度、成活率<15%及精子活力提升<5%或无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-8个疗程，治愈27例，好转12例，未愈3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：许某，男，32岁。婚后2年一直未孕，经检查为许某精子活力弱，服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，妻子有孕，体检各项指标正常，顺利生产。
病例2：张某，男，35岁，经检查为张某患少精症。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，精子数量正常，妻子怀孕，治愈。

1.一种治疗少精症、弱精症的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：菟丝子10-30份，仙茅10-20份，黄精5-15份，太子参10-20份，补骨脂10-20份，蛇床子10-20份，五味子5-15份，车前子10-20份，淫羊藿10-20份，紫河车10-20份，牡丹皮5-15份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，王不留行10-20份，肉桂5-15份，穿破石10-20份，穿山甲10-20份，桑寄生10-20份，龟板10-20份，桂枝5-15份，金樱子10-20份，石菖蒲10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗少精症、弱精症的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：菟丝子20份，仙茅15份，黄精10份，太子参15份，补骨脂15份，蛇床子15份，五味子10份，车前子15份，淫羊藿15份，紫河车15份，牡丹皮10份，白花蛇舌草15份，王不留行15份，肉桂10份，穿破石15份，穿山甲15份，桑寄生15份，龟板15份，桂枝10份，金樱子15份，石菖蒲15份，甘草10份。
