本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗精液不液化的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例男65例，年龄20～45岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、精液比较粘稠，或者会呈现胶冻的状态，会出现片状、块状和团状，在体外一个小时以上都不进行液化；
2、出现射精困难的症状，伴有射精疼痛、血精等表现，甚至会出现阳痿、早泄、遗精等现象；
3、导致精神状态不佳，神经衰弱，如失眠、心悸、头晕、易疲劳等；
4、必要时要做精液的生化检查。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，四天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：精液在60min内完全液化；
2、好转：精液在60min内液化不全；
3、未愈：精液在60min内完全不液化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-12个疗程，治愈49例，好转12例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：曲某，，28岁。患者自述：自结婚后，精液总是粘稠，发黄，射精困难，总是感觉疲劳，后检查出精液不液化症。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程后，精液液化逐渐好转；继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，精液在30min内完全液化，治愈。
