实施例 3
一种治疗痹症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：透骨草30g，鸡血藤10g，党参20g，姜黄5g，杜仲20g，土元10g，桃仁15g，伸筋草10g，川牛膝20g，乳香5g，海风藤20g，老鹳草10g，补骨脂20g，胆南星5g，茜草20g，肉苁蓉10g，薏苡仁20g，防风5g，秦艽20g，熟地黄10g，丹参20g，红花5g，牡丹皮20g，地骨皮10g，甘草15g。
实施例 4
一种治疗痹症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：透骨草15g，鸡血藤18g，党参12g，姜黄13g，杜仲12g，土元18g，桃仁8g，伸筋草18g，川牛膝12g，乳香13g，海风藤12g，老鹳草18g，补骨脂12g，胆南星13g，茜草12g，肉苁蓉18g，薏苡仁12g，防风13g，秦艽12g，熟地黄18g，丹参12g，红花13g，牡丹皮12g，地骨皮18g，甘草8g。
实施例 5
一种治疗痹症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：透骨草25g，鸡血藤12g，党参18g，姜黄8g，杜仲18g，土元12g，桃仁13g，伸筋草12g，川牛膝18g，乳香8g，海风藤18g，老鹳草12g，补骨脂18g，胆南星8g，茜草18g，肉苁蓉12g，薏苡仁18g，防风8g，秦艽18g，熟地黄12g，丹参18g，红花8g，牡丹皮18g，地骨皮12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约5厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗痹症的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例77例，其中男46例，女31例，年龄40～80岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、以四肢大关节走窜疼痛为主，伴重着、酸楚、麻木、关节屈伸不利；多有恶寒、发热等症；
2、病前多有咽痛乳蛾史，或涉水淋雨、久居湿地史；
3、部分患者可有低热，四肢环形红斑，或结节性红斑；常可心脏受累；
4、血沉增快，抗链球菌素“O”大于500单位。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，七天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：肢体关节疼痛消失，其他伴随症状恢复正常；
2、有效：肢体关节疼痛明显减轻，其他伴随症状也明显好转；
3、无效：肢体关节疼痛及伴随症状无明显改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-15个疗程，治愈52例，有效21例，无效4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：孙某，男，49岁。自诉：面色无华、尿多便痛，腰背、下肢骨节疼痛，关节僵硬变形，四肢关节疼痛剧烈，不能直立，行动受掣，遇冷加重，通暖稍减。诊见：舌质淡、苔白，脉紧。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程，痛感明显缓解，关节稍有缓解；继续服用4个疗程，各症状消失，行动自如，生活恢复正常，治愈。
病例2：肖某，女，73岁。就诊时：手指、手腕、肘关节肿大、僵硬，活动受限，痛处泛红灼热，遇暖加重，得冷则舒，日轻夜重，口渴烦闷。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂治疗4个疗程，症状得到缓解，继续服用6个疗程，症状消失，完全治愈。

1.一种治疗痹症的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：透骨草10-30份，鸡血藤10-20份，党参10-20份，姜黄5-15份，杜仲10-20份，土元10-20份，桃仁5-15份，伸筋草10-20份，川牛膝10-20份，乳香5-15份，海风藤10-20份，老鹳草10-20份，补骨脂10-20份，胆南星5-15份，茜草10-20份，肉苁蓉10-20份，薏苡仁10-20份，防风5-15份，秦艽10-20份，熟地黄10-20份，丹参10-20份，红花5-15份，牡丹皮10-20份，地骨皮10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗痹症的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：透骨草20份，鸡血藤15份，党参15份，姜黄10份，杜仲15份，土元15份，桃仁10份，伸筋草15份，川牛膝15份，乳香10份，海风藤15份，老鹳草15份，补骨脂15份，胆南星10份，茜草15份，肉苁蓉15份，薏苡仁15份，防风10份，秦艽15份，熟地黄15份，丹参15份，红花10份，牡丹皮15份，地骨皮15份，甘草10份。
