1、小便不利，点滴不畅，或小便闭塞不通，尿道无涩痛，小腹胀满；
2、多见于老年男性，或产后妇女及手术后患者；
3、男性直肠指诊检查可有前列腺肥大，或膀胱区叩诊明显浊音；
4、作膀胱镜、B超、腹部x线等检查，有助诊断。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：小便通畅，症状及体征消失；
2、有效：症状及体征改善；
3、无效：症状无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈60例，随访未见复发；有效14例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
蒋某，男，43岁。小便点滴不通，尿道无涩痛，小腹胀满。曾服尿舒通等西药治疗，效果不佳。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，小便通畅，小腹胀满减轻；继续服用1个疗程，症状完全消失，痊愈。随访半年无复发。
病例2：
周某，女，58岁。平常多抑郁，闷闷不乐，常感胸闷、胁胀、少腹作胀、小便不爽。近日排尿困难尤甚，伴少腹作痛，牵引脘及臀部跳窜。舌质红，苔薄黄，脉弦细。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，少腹痛减轻，小便畅通；继续服用2个疗程，症状完全消失，痊愈。

1.一种治疗癃闭的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白花蛇舌草10-30份、寒水石5-25份、浮萍5-20份、兰花双叶草5-25份、葶苈子5-20份、丝瓜络5-25份、溪黄草10-30份、巴戟天5-20份、响铃草5-25份、小九头狮子草5-25份、木通5-20份、薏苡仁5-25份、鱼脑石5-20份、八月札5-25份、灯心草5-20份、桑白皮5-25份、陈皮5-20份、海金沙5-25份、南沙参5-25份、郁李仁5-20份、栀子5-25份、通草5-20份、桂枝5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗癃闭的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白花蛇舌草20份、寒水石15份、浮萍10份、兰花双叶草15份、葶苈子10份、丝瓜络15份、溪黄草20份、巴戟天10份、响铃草15份、小九头狮子草15份、木通10份、薏苡仁15份、鱼脑石10份、八月札15份、灯心草10份、桑白皮15份、陈皮10份、海金沙15份、南沙参15份、郁李仁10份、栀子15份、通草10份、桂枝15份、甘草10份。
