本发明药物的动物毒性试验：取大白鼠20只，雌雄兼用，体重150—250g，分为两组，一组为超剂量实验组，另一组为正常量实验组。超剂量组为30--40ml∕kg,正常量组为10--15 ml∕kg，给药方式为灌胃法给药，每天早晚各一次，连续服用30天，每天观察给药反应，结果表明二组大白鼠活动、饮食正常，药物无不良毒副作用，无死亡。
病例1，徐某，男，51岁，患者近段时间感觉左侧肩膀酸疼，上举活动受限，并伴有关节僵硬的症状，经医院检查确诊为肩周炎；服用本发明制备的药剂三天，肩膀酸疼症状明显好转，又继续服用七天，治愈。
病例2，韩某，女，48岁，患者自述患有肩周炎一年多，两侧肩膀疼痛，近期加重，手臂上举、外展活动受限；服用本发明制备的药剂一个疗程，肩周炎症状有所好转，又继续服用三个疗程，治愈。
具体实施方式
实施例1，用于治疗肩周炎的中草药组合物 ，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：杜仲22份、络石藤22份、骨碎补20份、钩藤20份、地黄20份、防风20份、络石藤20份、忍冬藤10份、桂枝10份、鹿角霜10份、姜黄10份、薏苡仁12份、桑寄生12份、木瓜12份、丹参22份、虎杖18份、羌活18份、柴胡18份、蜈蚣8份、胃友8份、红景天10份、刘寄奴10份、王不留行10份、牛蒡子12份、木通12份、鹿衔草20份、鸡骨香12份、九里香5份。
将称取好的上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—25分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮15—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，每天一剂，分三次服完，七天为一个疗程。
实施例2，用于治疗肩周炎的中草药组合物 ，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：杜仲34份、络石藤24份、骨碎补24份、钩藤24份、地黄22份、防风22份、络石藤22份、忍冬藤12份、桂枝12份、鹿角霜12份、姜黄12份、薏苡仁14份、桑寄生14份、木瓜14份、丹参28份、虎杖20份、羌活20份、柴胡20份、蜈蚣8份、胃友8份、红景天10份、刘寄奴10份、王不留行10份、牛蒡子12份、木通12份、鹿衔草20份、鸡骨香12份、九里香6份。
