背景技术

中医认为，内分泌失调是阴虚的表现，是由气血淤滞所造成。淤血滞留体内、脉络受阻、外毒入侵人体、产后恶露不下等都可能会引致气血淤滞。
根据中医理论，针对内分泌失调的发病机理，采用滋补肝肾、活血祛瘀、补血益气、通经活络、清热解毒、养阴生津的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：熟地黄具有补血养阴、填精益髓的功效；百合具有养阴润肺、清心安神、滋补精血的功效；灵芝具有益气血、安心神、健脾胃的功效；鹿角胶具有温补肝肾、益精养血的功效；牡丹皮具有清热凉血、活血散瘀的功效；豨莶草具有祛风除湿、通经活络、清热解毒的功效；；肉桂具有补火助阳、散寒止痛、活血通经的功效；车前子具有利水通淋、渗湿止泻、清肝明目、清热化痰的功效；川牛膝具有活血通经、祛风除湿、通利关节、利尿通淋的功效；益智仁具有温脾暖肾、固气涩精的功效；鹿茸具有壮肾阳、补气血、益精髓、强筋骨的功效；丹参具有活血调经、祛瘀止痛、凉血消痈、清心除烦、养血安神的功效；桑螵蛸具有益肾固精、缩尿止浊的功效；莲子具有补脾止泻、益肾涩清、养心安神的功效；川芎具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的功效；黄柏具有清热燥湿、泻火除蒸、解毒疗疮的功效；天冬具有养阴润燥、清肺生津的功效；旱莲草具有养肝益肾、凉血止血的功效；女贞子具有滋补肝肾、益阴养血的功效；菊花具有疏散风热、平肝明目、清热解毒的功效；乌金草具有平肝阳、养心安神、养血调经的功效；肉苁蓉具有补肾阳、益精血、润肠通便的功效；沙苑子具有补肝益肾、明目固精的功效；桑寄生具有补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风湿、安胎元的功效；青黛具有清热解毒、凉血消斑、清肝泻火的功效；玉竹具有养阴润燥、生津止渴的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明精选药物组方，其药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相互佐助，共奏滋补肝肾、活血祛瘀、补血益气、通经活络、清热解毒、养阴生津的功效，对内分泌失调的治疗达到标本兼治。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达96%，治愈率71%。

实施例1
一种治疗内分泌失调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄30g、百合15g、灵芝20g、鹿角胶20g、牡丹皮10g、豨莶草15g、肉桂10g、车前子20g、川牛膝10g、益智仁10g、鹿茸20g、丹参30g、桑螵蛸10g、莲子15g、川芎20g、黄柏12g、天冬10g、旱莲草20g、女贞子12g、菊花10g、乌金草15g、肉苁蓉20g、沙苑子15g、桑寄生20g、青黛15g、玉竹10g、甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗内分泌失调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄15g、百合25g、灵芝10g、鹿角胶30g、牡丹皮12g、豨莶草25g、肉桂5g、车前子30g、川牛膝12g、益智仁20g、鹿茸10g、丹参40g、桑螵蛸12g、莲子25g、川芎15g、黄柏20g、天冬12g、旱莲草30g、女贞子5g、菊花15g、乌金草10g、肉苁蓉30g、沙苑子5g、桑寄生25g、青黛10g、玉竹20g、甘草12g。
实施例3
一种治疗内分泌失调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄25g、百合10g、灵芝30g、鹿角胶15g、牡丹皮20g、豨莶草10g、肉桂15g、车前子25g、川牛膝5g、益智仁15g、鹿茸25g、丹参10g、桑螵蛸20g、莲子5g、川芎30g、黄柏10g、天冬15g、旱莲草25g、女贞子10g、菊花20g、乌金草5g、肉苁蓉25g、沙苑子10g、桑寄生30g、青黛5g、玉竹15g、甘草8g。
实施例4
一种治疗内分泌失调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄10g、百合20g、灵芝15g、鹿角胶25g、牡丹皮5g、豨莶草20g、肉桂12g、车前子15g、川牛膝20g、益智仁5g、鹿茸15g、丹参25g、桑螵蛸15g、莲子10g、川芎25g、黄柏5g、天冬20g、旱莲草10g、女贞子20g、菊花12g、乌金草25g、肉苁蓉10g、沙苑子20g、桑寄生15g、青黛25g、玉竹5g、甘草15g。
实施例5
一种治疗内分泌失调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄40g、百合55g、灵芝25g、鹿角胶10g、牡丹皮15g、豨莶草5g、肉桂20g、车前子10g、川牛膝15g、益智仁12g、鹿茸30g、丹参15g、桑螵蛸5g、莲子20g、川芎10g、黄柏15g、天冬5g、旱莲草25g、女贞子15g、菊花5g、乌金草20g、肉苁蓉15g、沙苑子25g、桑寄生10g、青黛20g、玉竹12g、甘草5g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗内分泌失调的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，男42例，女58例，年龄25～60岁。
二、诊断依据：参照中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中内分泌失调的诊断标准：
1、情绪因素：当出现情绪突然性的变差，经常想发脾气；
2、外在特征：脸部出现色斑，皮肤情况恶化；
3、长期不孕：内分泌紊乱会影响雌激素的分泌，导致女性不孕；
4、白发早衰：看起来过度衰老，根本和实际年龄不符，脱发早衰。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：参照中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中的内分泌失调疗效评定标准：
(1) 痊愈：症状消失，体征正常；
(2) 显效：症状减轻，体征有所好转；
(3) 有效：症状有所减轻，体征无明显好转；
(4) 无效：症状无改善，体征无好转。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈71例，随访未见复发；显效16例，有效9例，无效4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
邓某，女，29 岁。自诉：面部出现色斑一年多，近期额部也出现，而且越来越重，曾多次治疗，但效果不佳。诊断为：内分泌失调。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，色斑明显减轻；继续服用2个疗程，色斑完全消失，治愈。
病例2 ：
杨某，男，4 5 岁。患者自诉：经常想发脾气，食欲不佳，性欲减退，腰膝酸软，四肢无力看起来比实际年龄老得多。诊断为：内分泌失调。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，食欲、性欲明显改善；继续服用2个疗程，症状及体征均消失，治愈。随访半年未复发。

1. 一种治疗内分泌失调的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：熟地黄10-40份、百合5-25份、灵芝10-30份、鹿角胶10-30份、牡丹皮5-20份、豨莶草5-25份、肉桂5-20份、车前子10-30份、川牛膝5-20份、益智仁5-20份、鹿茸10-30份、丹参10-40份、桑螵蛸5-20份、莲子5-25份、川芎10-30份、黄柏5-20份、天冬5-20份、旱莲草10-30份、女贞子5-20份、菊花5-20份、乌金草5-25份、肉苁蓉10-30份、沙苑子5-25份、桑寄生10-30份、青黛5-25份、玉竹5-20份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗内分泌失调的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：熟地黄30份、百合15份、灵芝20份、鹿角胶20份、牡丹皮10份、豨莶草15份、肉桂10份、车前子20份、川牛膝10份、益智仁10份、鹿茸20份、丹参30份、桑螵蛸10份、莲子15份、川芎20份、黄柏12份、天冬10份、旱莲草20份、女贞子12份、菊花10份、乌金草15份、肉苁蓉20份、沙苑子15份、桑寄生20份、青黛15份、玉竹10份、甘草10份。
